  1. Will not trust a sinle 'twitter' post except if it was Neymar himself. Think the one thing that would bend us over is the third owner.
  2. I was being somewhat scarcastic to those who want Carlo gone, pick every word out that you want - it all paints the same image i was trying to describe.
  3. Play him behind the striker (s) where he is more deadly from?
  4. The last Italian manager we had was Viallia who became our mosr succesful manager ever, before Mourinho came in, and i firmly believe Carlo can overcome that if given the time. The double aint a bad start - but we need to be patient as he actually builds his team, instead of relying on the usual suspects who are on the wrong scale of their playign careers. Would ove to see Torres start, and hopefully score a goal or two, And would love to see some youth involved too - mainly from the start - but i can understand why not Carlo might nor be in the same state of mind.
  5. Only one pic worthy for evyery Cieh fans and tatoo's:
  6. The most logival decision that could be made, by Roman and the board, would be t give Carl his final year on his contract and then wait and see the overall conclusion. I cannot see how a manager can make his own mark on a team that has relied upon the same back-bone for nearly half a decade in less thena season. We have signed players that looks set on having magical careers at Stamford Bridge - David Luiz, Sturridge, Ramires - and have some talented youngsters waiting in the wings, We still have three or four that could be sold in order to garner more possible legends, but this is all about time. We are in a transition, and even though, yes Carlo has made mistakes over the course of the season, so has Roman, the sacking of Ray is one example and the reluctance to offer Borini a new contract will be another if it isn't shaped up. Give Carlo another year, if you want his head, and then we can see this supposed 'Jose mark two' in the Champions League and see who is available then. At this point in time, i am only lookig forward to the last remaining games and the possibility in seeing the youth playing with the first team in pre-season like last year - which, since when last happened with our previous managers?
  7. I wouldn't mind helping. My writing abilities is varied from story to factual, and my knowledge of football is limited, but i do have the time
  8. Connor Wickham - overhyped to be the next big thing, even though his scoring recored is awful. He is tall, 18 and has scored about 13 goals over 60 games. A youngster that was overhyped and never meet the meals: Cherno Samba, Leon Knight and Connor Wickham? Probably, or probably not
  9. Kaka + Our Medical staff =
  10. And might help if they had Premier League experience also.
  11. They are basically gone. More on the lines of James McCarthy, Phil Jones, Henderson, etc.
  12. Waiting for him to rip his shirt off too reveal this: If he starts flying in matches, and flying around the Earth's atmosphere in order to reverse time - i would like to say i told you so
  13. Yay for the amazing handling with the whole 'home-grown' thing by Roman and pals! Term X - We should really think of signing some English/Great British youngsters to bring some kind of duality between our foreign players and the home grown.
  14. I think one of the admin might help you They might be in here sooner then later mate. Welcome and good choice signing up with TalkChelsea, the best Chelsea fansite on the net. Not Opinion, it's FACT! Party time! :dude:
  15. Torres signing, Torres's first goal. Except for them - David Luiz's goal against Manchester United, But one that omes to mind, for me, is McEarhan vs Newcastle. Came on for about 20 minutes or whatever, was easily the best player, shocking EVERYONE into sub-mission with his composure and his skill. I can't wait for next season to see what is for Josh, i really can't!
  16. Makes too much sense. Thus meaning we would sign someone three times his age and past their prime, like Rivaldo.
  17. Also Neymar TO Chelsea = Bye Bye Anelka
  18. If he does come to London, and to SB less hope he: 1. Comes for a small amount, which could stem from Sabin going to Madrid, something like Spuds and VdV 2. Can connect with Torresm someone like Benayoun but would actually be used 3. That Carlo is the manager to use him. To be honest, if this went through i would see this as Carlo's FIRST actuall transfers, with Ramires, David Luiz and Torres being from either Roman or someone high up like Frank Arsenen (or whatever his name is). I see Benayoun, as, well i don't know. Good player, but hasn't really been given the time to make his mark on the team and IF Kaka does come here, then i don't see how that can help with him. ould this also mean that Essien could be leaving? The only way i think we would be bringing in people would be with people going out at the same time.
  19. He's a footballer. They are meant to contradict themselves, otherwise people might understand what they are thinking
  20. Another Brazilian on the card. May as well sign Neymar, bring Ronaldo out of retirement with Romario and Roberto Carlos. Lucas Piazon is already linked, sell the likes of Bertrand and Sturridge in order to get more Brazilians. CChnage our manager to Pele, or hire Scolari (he came for the money once, right?) or even Herinho, and change the club's name to Pele FC or Brasil!
  21. I would when i get an income. I'm on another forum which does the same kind of thing.
  22. Always was a top bloke. The sooner he retires, the sooner you'll miss him.
  23. Kind of meaningless as it would take only a club with a big bank account and a good league position to swoop in.
  24. In one of Carlo's seasons at Chelsea, he won the double and broke the League record for most goals scored.
