Thanks Conte who had the balls to change formation, been much better since. a few signings in Jan and we could have a top team here with this formation. Teams are really struggling against it and for once we aren't predictable in our play. Greateful for a manager that has fresh ideas and giving other players like Moses a chance. The fact that Jose has United playing like us last season says everything that was wrong with our dire last season.

We need to stick with Conte. Any manager would struggle with this defense. Put faith in the manager and get him the players he needs. You can't do things on the cheap and expect things to work out. We are miles away from competing with City. We will get ripped off in the transfer window but it's better than finishing outside top 4 again. City got pep his targets with no problem at all and so did Jose at United. Cahill, Ivanovic, Matic they need to be replaced ASAP Willian, Oscar aren't far behind. Ivan has to be dropped surely Cesc deserves to play! This is a guy performing when he gets his chance he's so far ahead of Matic in ability. I get the idea of Kante and Matic in midfield but neither offer much going forward. Cesc can unlock a defense, they can't. Kante is good at winning the ball and keeping it moving and Matic is just a big lump IMO. No more of this RB playing at LB bullshit. Cahill still needs to be dropped for either Terry or Zouma. He's terrible at defending even though that's his role

From what I've seen so far Matic and Kante isn't a good paring. Cesc offers better options in attack and can actually pass a ball forward. Matic shouldn't be in the starting lineup. With a fully fit squad Cahill should be dropped. He's been terrible and makes amateur mistakes. Ivan should just get a new career. I'd rather Alonso play even if he isn't ready he can't be any worse. Willian was quality last season but maybe deserves a bit of slack coming back from an injury but needs to find form because Moses can actually cross a ball and has looked better.
