No top manager will want to work here without complete control over transfers unless they want a quick payout. Money poorly spent again. We have spent a decent amount it’s just been spent on shit. The board don’t seem to understand investment. Managers will Continue to come and go and they will end up panic buying on players with no say from a manager. They will find it hard to attract top managers as this club is poorly run and we’ve been through many of the top managers around before. How can you not back a manager that took us from a team that finished mid table to winning the league? No stability at this club at all Fed up with this shit

They need to put faith in a manager because we will be in this vicious cycle forever. Conte has proven that he is quality and already won us the league. If you want to build a team that can compete for a good 5 years then we need that type of investment we gave Jose when he first came here. The core of that team lasted for ages and was easier to build around. Jose might have left but future managers had something to work with. Seek out out an identity, get the right manager to implement that style of play and invest in what they need. Otherwise nothing will change. We will continue to frustrate managers and Buy players that aren’t good enough for the team
