There is two reasons, he's either injured or there has been a fall out that lead to him being sent home. Like I have said, his transfer request still stands, that is what we know. Rooney has not spoke out but united have said they won't sell him, to be fair if their top medical team is not with them I would be worried, no best teams in the world leave on a tour without their best team in hand.

united, like many top teams do not leave anything unturned when it comes to fitness and fitness coaches, everything they had will of been out with them on tour, including gyms, fitness centres and also masseurs etc.The medical team will of travelled with the team, it's what happens. The trip back and flight hours will have done him more harm than god. Simple.

Yeah I said that a while back in the thread. I think he is hell bent on leaving personally, and yes they won't want to sell him to us, but on the other hand we may just make them an offer they can't refuse, which is both financially good for them and we get the player we want. This is all hypothetical of course but I just feel Rooney's race is run at United, and like I said yesterday, I think Moyes is saying a lot of things through gritted teeth, or at least that is my take. The request he put in still remains as far as we know, and I hope we are pressing the right buttons in this transfer to make Rooney realize he is a wanted man.
