  1. More fake than Pamela Anderson's knockers.
  2. the for sale quote is irrelevant to the final price, a fee will be agreed regardless of papering of any cracks united may want to put on it. The PR from united in this saga is horrendous, Moyes especially. The fact Rooney is versatile in most areas says Moyes should not of said those things as last season he played a lot off RVP, so that's that theory blown away and more that points to Moyes being naive. They don't have to make him hand in a transfer request, he's already done it.
  3. whos denying it? Nobody as far as aim aware, only confirmed by fergie when he left, can't get much plainer than that.
  4. contradicts what he said about not being sold really. So not really
  5. He has a right to be, that statement from Moyes was a big smack in the face. United are losing this battle both with Rooney and they way they are conducting themselves here.
  6. Thiago all set to be announced at Bayern. It's amazing how quicky that escalated considering how long it seemed for United to try and get their man. And also, like Villa said when he signed for Atletico, there was interest from England for him but Atleti did in days what it took months for the English clubs to do.
  7. You say sorry for your bad English but I think it's your lack of understanding for squad depth and versatility that you are truly missing here. At Chelsea we play at least 60-70 games a season at times, this, like last season leads to fatigue, players getting injured and drop in performance levels. Rooney can play up top without any worries at all, he can also played as #10 or even from a slightly wider role if needed, he would have no worries playing in any of those for me. Versatility is a massive plus when both buying a player and also being able to rotate over a long season period. We would get all of the above with Rooney, he is insanely strong, so he can lead the line, but his vision and eye for a pass is a tremendous asset. Regarding Luis Suarez, he's a striker and that's that, nothing more, nothing less. Now take into account he is top class but he can only be played in that role which would then stymy that of Lukaku and I really don't want that to happen. Suarez has a large ban hanging over him, one which is massively off putting, we need players for the now and not ones that have been taking chunks out of people with their teeth. Rooney ticks more boxes than Suarez and would better value for money, plus he's homegrown, never a bad thing. Rooney working with Jose is quite a scary thought.
  8. Sunderland sign Italy midfielder Emanuele Giaccherini from Juventus on four-year contract
  9. Cesc has apparently told Vilanova he wants to stay at Barca......United will now pursue Jordan Henderson
  10. Confirmed by Di Marzio, one of the better respected Italian journalists.
  11. See whilst I know what you are saying there is another side to this. Last season he handed in a transfer request, right now, that still stands and is basically doing the talking for Rooney. Rooney has basically said "Here ya go, end of" Moyes, whilst constantly saying he won't be sold is kidding himself because his player has a transfer request that is still alive and active on his desk. No team in their right mind want to keep a player who does not want to be there. I really do not see Rooney leaving for Barcelona, he has two very young children and comes across to me as a home boy. United couldn't turn down a bid of 25-30M from us, no chance, the Yanks will jump at this. The noises from our players and Jose speak volumes to me, and players aren't daft they will know the targets and all this tells me things are being worked on. It won't be easy to fetch him here but I think we will get our man, we just have to be patient. The biggest slap in the face for Rooney was when Moyes said "He would provide a good back up to RvP......may as well of just hit him with a cricket bat. Rooney is on, I tell ya now.
  12. Chelsea players talking it up
  13. City apparently close to signing both Jovetic and Negredo.
  14. Independent claim that Luis Suarez is behind Wayne Rooney in terms of who Chelsea want to sign this summer.
  15. We have now the best solution to David Luiz, it's called Mourinho. Jose will turn this lad into a beast, you watch.

  17. It isn't time for pressing the panic button yet as the window is still open for some time, but regardless of that we need a top striker IMO. I'm worried about Torres and Ba, not so much with Lukaku but I think we need to get rid of Ba and bring in a Rooney or dare I say it Suarez.
  18. First Jose speaks about his fondness for Rooney, now hazard does it. I have a feeling this is on.
  19. SKY Italy, as reliable as a hearing aid on mute.
  20. It's only a saga if you live each day by it.
