  1. Legend. I remember it like yesterday when he did the same thing vs. Everton when Drogba scored that beauty.
  2. This guy would always have the best midfielders in his back pocket. It's a damn shame he had to endure all those injuries.
  3. Sturridge starting against Juve would be detrimental to Nando's "confidence", but to hell with all that BS. He's had his chances. RDM needs to put him in in the striker role and let Danny's game do the talking. I'd be disappointed if he's only getting 15-20 minutes a game and I wouldn't blame Sturridge a bit if he wants to leave. He's too talented to be sitting on the bench and in my opinion he plays with more hunger than Torres.
  4. Bosingwa holding the lid...lmao. He's the quintessential trophy whore.
  5. I'm certain we'd be worse off without Lamps and JT to lead this team. You have to consider the intangibles that these two bring to this club as well.
  6. Love how everyone is calling for him to start now when he was crucified before for being "too selfish".
  7. Can't see this happening at all.
  8. It's a travesty how he's played on the wing...Ramires has limited skill sets to do well there.

  10. Me too, but RDM will go with Torres surely....
  11. As much as I respect Juventus as a club, I expect us to win if RDM can get the tactics right.
  12. Messi for me is the better player, he just makes the game look incredibly simple.
  13. That is blasphemous...I hope you're joking.
  14. Surprised there's no "RDM out" thread yet...
  15. I rather keep Raul since Benayoun doesn't even want to be here to begin with.
  16. 15-20 odd goals in the league would make him a great player...I don't see him making that many with the lack of opportunities he'll be getting this year.
  17. I'll believe it when agent007 reports on this....
  18. Didier, you didn't wait too long to visit. Not so long - it is a break in the season in China now and also there is international duty, so I am here to see my family - and my friends here as well. So your family has not moved to China? No my family is here, my children. How is the China experience? It is good, it is a new experience and the first month has been reaching out in terms of learning new things, learning a new culture. It is very different to what I am used to in Europe, I like it. Chelsea's summer tour of 2011 was the first time in your life you had been to Asia, and now you are living and working there. I was thinking about this - and it is what helped me in my decision because of what we have been doing in pre-season over there. I could see a little bit how the people are and it is nice. Was the greeting you had in China as enthusiastic as the one you had in Thailand with Chelsea? People may have seen the video of my arrival and the fans were really great. In the stadiums it is the same as everywhere - when you play football there is the passion. How is Nicolas Anelka? Nico is good. He is happy that I signed there and I am also happy that he is there to help me. Last week he gave me two assists so it is back to what we were doing here before. Finally, how many times have you watched the Munich game again? Not the game but I have watched the penalty many times!
  19. I rather keep Sturridge then splash out 50 m for Hulk.
  20. Me too, been trying to figure it out.
