I was in the West Stand for my first couple of games last season and the atmosphere was completely shit. From then onwards I went in the MHL and have never looked back since. Definitely one of the best stands for atmosphere :blue scalf:

thought £66 for Copenhagen away was expensive, but this takes the biscuit.

Absolutely gutted. Can't believe the range of emotions I went through yesterday, from relief that the Everton goal towards the end of the 90 minutes was ruled offside, then elation at seeing Super Frank score in extra time, heartbreak when Everton equalised, then hope when we started off so well at the start of penalties, then heartbreak again when Neville slotted in and it was all over. Didn't help hearing the Everton Fans jubilant singing afterwards on the way back to the tube (I know we would have done the same if the boot had been on the other foot of course). Ah well, we just have to concentrate now on the Champions League and aim to finish in the top 4 for the Premier League.

I couldn't believe it after the game yesterday I read on facebook pages devoted to gettiing rid of Carlo. Some people have short memories. OK i've only been supporting Chelsea for nearly 2 years, but I do know that we've had at least 6 managers in less than 7 years, that getting rid of Carlo and bringing somebody else in would be very unsettling for the club, particularly at this point of the season.

L'arse don't play till Sunday, according to the FA website.

No strikes, but there are the dreaded Engineering Works. http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tfl/livetravelnews/realtime/track.aspx?offset=weekend

A win tomorrow is a must, need to get the result at Fulham out of our system, conentrate, and show that we will make it to the next round, one step ever closer to Wembley, Que sera sera.

I think it's possible that he may want to leave in the Summer. I guess he could be thinking that if we fail to win that elusive Champions League this season, that might be a reason for him to move on. As other people have said, unless he can find his form, that may play a factor in his decision making.
-
Not complaining, but I'm not sure why i've been given reps today by BlueLion for something that I commented on back in August 2009

Fulham played a very defensive game yesterday in which they 'parked the bus'. It was a pity that we couldn't break through as we had plenty of chances to do so. I think something is obviously playing on Torres's mind and he needs more time to adjust to the squad, i'd expect the same with any new player. Chant of the match has to be 'We Don't Hate You, We Don't Hate You, We Don't Hate You, cos your shit' absolute quality
-
What with the songs for Torres, here is one for Luiz

If we can't beat the little team down the road, then I would be slightly worried.

Looking forward to this as this was my first away game ever that I went to last season. Remember that the 8 Bells was shut and went to another pub, can't remember the name, can remember meeting Sam aka 'We Hate Scouse' as I had 2 tickets and selling one to him for his mate. . As far as this time goes, we just need to concentrate, get the win, be happy with a 1-0, and don't pay any attention to other results that happened at the weekend, just give 110%.
-
I think you've just got to carry on believing, keeping the faith. Out of those games, I've quoted we won everyone of those last season, except for Man City, so why not again. Un-realistic perhaps to expect our rivals to drop points. If we can just win all our reamining games, i'll be happy.
-
Big games left to play are Manu home and away, Tottenahm at home, Manchester City at home, if we can win these it would certainly help our cause. If we seriously think we still have a chance to lift the PL trophy again, then we can't slip up again, and we have to hope that our rivals do slip up on more than one occasion.
-
How are they going to fill it every week? It'll be their fans paying for it with increased ticket prices.

Dippers are the Bindippers, i.e. Liverscum, Liverfool, LIVERPOOL

I thought it was Michael Emenalo that took over from Ray?
-
If Guus were to come back, it would make sense to appoint him as Carlo's no. 2. What has his present number 2 done since Rays departure? Not really heard much about him.
-
Carlo was hired I believe because of his credentials as both a player and a manger. He secured the Champions League trophy with AC Milan twice and what I think a lot of people seem to forget is that he secured The Double in his first season with us, a magnificent achievement. Sacking Carlo is not the answer, however Roman will ultimately have the final say. He’s obviously still got faith in Carlo, otherwise he would have sacked him after losing to Arsenal in December. Sacking him now would cause a great disharmony not only amongst the players but the whole of the club. I do think that some of the players need to buck their ideas up and actually show that they still want to play for us. Who knows what the future will bring, all I say is to wait until the end of the season before we make any rash decisions which we might later regret.

Congratulations Ash, nice one :blue scalf:

Don't really like these internationals, such a risk to our players getting injured. Read that Rooney would have been the only other possible choice to be captain. At least Capello went for the right one. Well done Frank, just don't get into any nasty tackles.

Yeah remember that guy running across the pitch, I think he almost got to the away end, by that time the steward had got his hands on him. Huge cheers from us in the MHL
