Well I hope so, but I dont think we really wanted to sell, I am sure teams in Germany would have wanted him because he is still rated over there, we like hoarding talent unfortunately. Honestly dont see the logic in loaning a 25 year old player like him, just sell him if you think he is not good enough for the squad and use the funds to help improve the squad with players you actaully need or better use the space he takes to promoting youth, this business model of buying established players is not sustanaible in the long run rather we promote a player from the academy every year or 2 instead of purchasing and keeping average on huge wages.

I hope he is given a proper chance, the kid had a career ahead of him with Ajax wanting him and we got him, so I hope we get to use him instead of wasting his talent, he looks like a decent player who could replace lampard's goals from mid, he has energy, potential, right attitude and age by his side. I really hope he wont be loaned out like every other young player we have

To be honest I would keep him as our 3rd choice striker, start giving youth a chance if they are not enough then sell them, this business of loaning players after loaning even after impressin on loan has to stop, I'm sure this kid is as good as Demba Ba but will have way lower wages than him, he looks like a goal poacher something we have not had for a while, I actually rate his goal poaching ablities to the level of Etoo when he was at his peak and with the right coaching and attitude he can be a useful 12-20 goal striker for CFC tht is if he is given a chance

Dont think we were watchin the same game, do you know Torres was directly or indirectly involved in all our goals today by either taking a defender away by making a diagnal run to free Andre or assistin the hazard to make the assist on top of his one assist, i know he was not clinical at all but i would rather have him in those areas becoz sooner or later luck will fall on his side and he will score them. rather than Etoo who when he is bad is truly bad and does not even make those runs

Fatigue thgh might affect us as we have more games than them luckily we are out of the FA so we at least get to rest more

Its probably our biggest rivalry in the league at the moment, hope the players are up for it because I know the fans would be. Hopefully we are clinical and kill them off early on unlike in the last 2 fixtures when they have been able to come back into the game and almost pull of a result because we would have failed to maximize on our chances. Hope Lamps plays too he seems to always be motivated to play against this lot and knows how special it is to the fans to beat Spurs.
