'Mourinho’s off-field conduct has been received badly in the Stamford Bridge boardroom, where there are concerns about the damage being done to the club’s image.' HAHAHAHA There are concerns about the damage being done to the club’s image 'CONCERNS' :) I don't think it could be said with bigger euphemism. The club's image was absolutely torn to pieces !

About to drop the best RnB album this year ...

I don't know I feel we're playing near our maximum at the moment. Intensity is good, approach is good. But when you don't have a single clue about attacking play it is what it is. HAVE YOU SEEN WILLIAN, MATIC, PEDRO with the ball ? They take ages to make a move, they have to think over what they're doing next, ffs that should be automatic
-
I would never wanted Chelsea to lose. Would love to win but I'd be ecstatic if we could give enough clear reasons to change manager after this game. How this game has to pan out to tick those two boxes ?
-
And even made Marcelo one of the best full-backs in Europe ? He needs ONE tall full-back, the other one can be 'normal'. It's clear, no discussion. Jay Dasilva will have hard time. He is so good but Ola Aina is physical beast and now is promoted to the first team. Even though Jay is 10x player as Aina he won't stand a chance in comparison under current manager.

Bitch please. I was saying it since I've started posting here. I don't need someone to admit something as clear when I have facts. Ferreira at Porto, Gallas, Huth, Del Horno and Ferreira at Chelsea then Chivu, Santon and Maicon at Inter and finally Ramos and Arbeloa at Real. He always has to have one tall full-back to cover one side of the backpost. Height is indeed merit here. I bet even if he stayed at Real and Carvalaj would come back he would still play Arbeloa over him. That thinking is straight from Tony Pullis' book. Maybe that's why they're so much friends now. I don't have a problem with it as long as that full-back is as good as Maicon who was PERFECT in his prime and ticked that height requirement. But if we're starting Huths and recently Ivanovics just for the sake of height it upsets me greatly.

Willian admits there's no attacking plan. Yet they're fully instructed and organised in what to do in defence.

I didn't see any improvement. Still clueless whenever going forward with total inept of what is going on when I have a ball 30 metres from goal from every player. Our matches are bereft of any enjoyment. Sorry that I have to admit it, wake me up when we create something by ourself. I'm sorry but I give up. I simply cannot watch our matches, it's horror show how clueless we are attacking, it's the lowest point I'd ever imagine from hundreds million squad. At least I hope we gain a little bit 'confidence' now so players can figure something out on their own. After all 'confidence' is main offensive tactic for Jose and he happily admits that.
-
I'd use him ! As he's too talented to sit on the bench I'd try to the deal with Lyon, as they were interested in him, and include Traore in offer for Lacazette. That would be the best usage of him at the moment. Would be great if they were eager to include buy-back option but they're probably not.
-
He was dissing Monaco in that caught talk in France ? (when he was questioning Eto'o's age) The only reason he would go there is because he could buy even more Jorge Mendes clients, lol.
-
You're wrong IMO. Look at Ancelotti, his league record is frankly abysmal yet he's the most likely candidate to take over Chelsea ! He recently managed Chelsea, PSG and Real Madrid, 3 of the very top clubs. If not Chelsea then there are rumours that he's going to take Bayern after Pep. Big jobs are always waiting for such successful manager. Rafa Benitez is managing Real Madrid now ! Was previously at Chelsea even though he was 'done' at this level. For Jose he has big job offer until he retires after such successful last 12 years.

What are the real problems ? I think the real problem is that we're playing awful football with no idea how to attack and what exactly do with the ball. that's 1st, second and 3rd major concern and that was created by our manager. We're fine in transfer department IMO, we put massive bids for Stones, Griezmann, Pogba. We're fine, nothing came off this time but club decided to wait for the right players becoming available instead of buying again cheaper alternatives. I was all for keeping AVB, I really liked the man and for me it was shock that he was sacked. Didn't turn to be too wrong decision though ? If at the end of the season waits such exciting managers like Guardiola, Simeone, Emery with new players coming in I'm all for that.
-
It's simple. I'll use Borussia Monchegladbach example from Squawka tweet. Gladbach in the Bundesliga under Lucien Favre this season: LLLLL Gladbach in the Bundesliga under André Schubert this season: WWWWWW And long term ? Calmness around the club, happiness in and around the squad, positive football, players not alienated, youth integration maybe ? Maybe we could even develop pattern of play and offensive organisation.

That's one thing I can't understand. Jose is the LAST man that can save us tbh. His methods have no effect on players. They're not SUPER, HIPER motivated anymore and actual tactic and quality is showed. He would have to change 180° to make an impact on the team. Unless we're going to sign 5 top players ready to be super motivated for the next 2 seasons. That would work. BTW I'm sure not the only one that thinks players are actually giving shit but simply playing with no clear idea ? Bar Hazard of course I see everyone putting effort. They defend, defend and then what ? Attack ? How, when, what exactly we should be doing ? They don't know what and how they should play, that's the biggest problem.
-
There's so many sheep on Twitter it's unhealthy. The thing is they're good people with good opinions but their unconditional love for Jose don't allow them to see things from perspective. Whenever he says something it's 'legendary' even the post match interview when he said nothing at all is something to behold. Talking about fanboyism ... I tell you what perspective you're missing. We play awful football and can't string 3 passes together yet our manager can only pick out referees and players not tracking back. I don't doubt that he is committed to the job, absolutely believe that he has hard time at home thinking about solutions but I say this, the job he is doing is not good. I bet that he still spends >90% of the time thinking about defensive organisation, how to make team more solid but little to no time is spend on attacking drills. We have no idea what we're playing. Players are not used to certain match situations and then take too much time to perform an action, even second to think at this level is eternity. Talk about commitment. Who is the most committed player in the team ? Willian perhaps, bar Azpilicueta. But Willian still carries the ball for WAY TOO LONG, he takes AGES to think about solutions and things to do in certain situations. So we have super committed player who is still pretty awful but on the offensive end of things. Why is that ? Because the offensive patterns of play are not exercised or are not efficient enough. That's 100% on managerial end. I don't care that player is not tracking back, why Jose only says about tracking back and defensive side ? Whenever he talks about offensive side he talks ONLY about confidence but when he talks about defence he can go very deep with the theme talking about organisation and such. That's the key. I think it's similar at training. He doesn't give a shit about attack, it's only about confidence and players do the rest I'm assuming from this. Now I have to ask are attack not subject to organisation, patterns and way of playing ? Not subject to certain match situations and practising them as long as players will know how to resolve them subconsciously ? And one last thing. I absolutely get that Jose is great manager, I'm his biggest fan probably BUT don't mix up him and his ability as a manager for short term work with his ability as a manager for longer scale. You can throw his trophy cabinet and list of his achievements all you want, fair enough, you can say he's the best manager club ever had, fair enough, but how it has anything to say with him as a manager post peak season ? We have enough signals and evidences that post peak he is not the greatest to put it mildly. He has certain way of work which is ALL ABOUT MOTIVATION, I think the pure content is sidelined, then there's peak, then post peak shortcomings are showed more and more.
-
Absolutely awful football. I was just at 6th tier level at my local team and I don't see much of the difference. We're getting nowhere I'm afraid. 1 shot in entire half, can't string 3 passes in the row. Awful, really.
-
Top player, wrong manager. Can you imagine him under Jose tutelage ? As someone saying he would be a LW. But I think even something worse, he'd be playing as a RW (left foot and all that) who would have to track back and cover for Iva (as Jose says you can tell the difference when you're defending with 10 and when with 9 or 8). ROTFL I'd like to see that just for one game to have endless banana on my face. I can only give my blessing to this if we're preparing ground for new manager.
-
What a bottler. Today he was the prettier ineffective player ever. Such a weak mentality as well. Good luck Belgium when you go to semis with him. Still great player though.

Urgh ... Why Bayern play AGAIN at the same time as Chelsea ? Then I watch few minutes of organised attack and have fresh comparison which doesn't allow me to enjoy our match.
-
Nice. I'm ready for a fight till the end ! But then I see the same unimaginative, jaded side with no purpose in attack. All the fighting spirit is gone after 10 mins

Who did these photos and descriptions ?

He's so good. I have a crush on him tbh. Watched all Youtube stuff that is there at the moment plus couple of Porto games. I think he's perfect for Jose. He's proper pivot player, not some poor-man box to box type. He's great at reading space, can put hard tackle, has great awerness. At the same time his passing is excellent, truly excellent, can controll tempo and knows what the team needs. He is mature beyond his years. Mental side of his game is something most praised and picked up by his coaches who had a pleasure to work with him. We often talk about midfielder like Imbula, Kondogbia, Pogba, Nainggolan who are mostly box-to-box players and would have to do a makeshift. He is proper central midfielder though as I said and since Jose is reluctant to change formation from his beloved 4-2-3-1 he has perfect player to fill the gap. And apparently we're very much interested in him and will make a serious bid to Porto in January. They don't want to sell though but simply have to listen to big offers.

Jose is turning enemies into friends. Allardyce, Ancelotti, Ranieri. After he came back in 2013 even Wenger was a friend to him who was going to teach him how to be in one club for many years. That didn't last long though. But if you're nice to someone you can appease them and forget about old fights. You can as well turn friend into enemy like with Pep Guardiola. It's all up to him.
