City owners have connections with the Malaga owners, making for an easy deal. If they we're going for Mourinho, they'd have to have an 'Eden Hazard style' wage-war with us again. Mourinho to United had more weight to it, due to how he acted during the CL draw.

Yea, and the switchover from Nike to Puma would be the 'visual' for their downfall. Wenger has no ambition, top 4 has become Arsenal's title. Maybe losing out would give them a sense of perspective for their owners though, which would be a bad thing for us.

That.. and the timing itself, with Mourinho's departure being a dead cert. Alarm bells started ringing for me, it seemed too much of a coincidence.
