City won't drop all 3 points to Everton, we as Chelsea fans need Liverpool to beat City. If City win today, they win the title.

It's interesting from a psychological perspective. I remember back in 2007 when Jose was sacked, ITV made a documentary on his sacking. The entire show (this was on prime time TV) consisted of a behavioural psychologist analysing what Mourinho was wearing!, no joke. In the weeks leading up to it he was slumping on chairs, and not wearing suits, in his final game against Rosenberg he was sacked in a tracksuit. One theory is that because Jose deems it unlikely we will win anything this season, he's donned less flashy attire. Hence why a tracksuit would symbolise the campaign being a 'work in progress'; he doesn't want to dress up for a non-occasion (that being the season). He only shaves his head when he's not happy with performances..

The only way your post could have been appropriate is if I had said "Fashion & dress sense are more important than football!!!!!" THAT.. is the only universe in which your post would have been context-appropriate.
-
Again though, if you don't care.. don't post. It goes without saying that football is more important, it doesn't need to be said.
-
Mourinho went from this... To this... That's how powerful italian culture is, it's the law over there to dress well.
-
Jose is the worst dressed manager in world football now. Throws on official Chelsea suits, doesn't even bother to wear a shirt.. or tie for that matter. Throws on a tracksuit for the most important game of the season, smh. He'll lose sponsorships next season because of it.. watch this space.
-
Guardiola by lightyears, followed by Carlo. Jose isn't well dressed anymore, that sweater doesn't even fit right.. look at the crease. Jose wore a tracksuit against PSG, he's given up on his image.
-
If you're rooting for City, you've given up hope of winning the title. Simple as that really..
-
I'm a Chelsea fan who wants to win the title, so obviously I'm rooting for Liverpool. We can beat them and they can slip up elsewhere.
-
Guardiola would never come here, he's not naive like AVB.. he knows we haven't got the players to implement his style of football. And with FFP, it simply wouldn't be possible to sign a new squad. And unlike Jose, Pep is completely unproven in the PL, he'd be under pressure from Roman and the media.. even more so than at Barca.
-
City won't draw to 'someone else' (look at their fixtures ffs), and we won't win all our remaining games. Chelsea fans NEED Liverpool to beat City.
-
If City beat Liverpool they've won the league, it really is done and dusted if that happens. There are no sane Chelsea fans who want City to beat liverpool on the 13th.
-
Since I'm a Chelsea fan and not a neutral who wants a 'spectacle', I obviously don't want a full strength Atletico side. We must seek out any advantage we can get..
-
Well, it's the opposite actually, people will say Courtois was involved in match fixing if he concedes or if it goes down to penalties.
-
Desperatley wanted Bayern, that Pep side is beatable and the current Real side are inexperienced in finals.
-
Why would you be a glory hunter if you hated on Mourinho?, he's glory personified.
-
The thing is, with the forums, a lot of people lost their USP's when Mourinho returned, if your identity as a fan is to criticise the manager(s). The fuck are people gonna do when the striker problem has been sorted out.. People need to vent, might have to bring Kalou back.. I need my fix.

We're not a club that sells important players, when WE don't want them to leave. You need to differentiate the two types of selling.
-
You can't put a price on passion, that never say die attitude, we ran them to the ground.. everyone put in a shift.
-
Did you?, well that's your problem then. When you sign a big money player and he's taking up most of the wage bill, you/the club become committed to 'making it work' in a general sense. It's just the financial reality of football..
-
Melanicus beat me to it, lmao.
-
My worry is that by signing Costa [insert other big name striker] is that.. when they lose form, they make the team anyway! (until they do or don't regain form) due to the fee paid and the fact you can't have a 200k a week player on the bench. So even IF Lukaku was competing with 'said striker' he still wouldn't have a chance.

Let's not forget we famously beat them to Hazard by offering higher wages.
