It must be the injury that's disturbing his peformance Last season, he had 5 - 6 dribbles a match and was fouled more times per match. This season, his dribbles have drastically reduced to 2 dribbles a match. For playing 90mins everytime, that's not good enough. I just pray mourinho rests him, so that he recovers fully from the injury Ashely coles poor attacking peformance might also be a direct factor in this apart from the minor injury problem

I've said it before, mourinho just got our team, so he starts by sorting out our defence so we dont concede goals silly, and then he is now focusing on the attack which happened against everton. Only finishing stopped us from scoring 3 or more in that match, patience guys patience.

Its pissing me off that mourinho doesnt want to give MVG a chance. We had good cohesion in the preseason games when he played. Maybe because it was preseason, we may have underestimated his impact and those tackles he puts in for the team. He should play this match, we'll control the midfield(both defensively and offensively) better with him because of his quick thinking and passing.

Aubameyang and mkhitaryan finishing is light years better than any of our attacking midfielders. Light years, they score most of their chances. So thats an unfair comparison, because klopp's tactics focuses mostly in the attack and all attackers who play for dortmund fluorish

Look at dortmund and mourinho's 2011/2012 laliga winning madrid Those are the perfect teams i love. no passing around till i sleep bullshit but quick tempo and high rate counter attacking football. I have fallen in love with dortmunds style of play, theyre fantastic. Their possession overalll average is not more than 59% but they are so entertaining with their counter attacking football and wingers who can score and pass too.

He was horrific for missing chances. But I can't remember one chance we created after he came off, we became too narrow the mistake was putting ramires on the wing instead of KDB. I'll rather keep schurrle on for width.

Willian must start the next match, teams doubling up hazard on the left flank because he's our only dribbler is a disaster. Mou must tell ashely cole to make runs ahead of hazard and provide some width or he can piss of to the bench for bertrand. Mata needs to find his tempo somehow unless I don't see mou risking another match for him instead of playing oscar from the start. Eto was good but the keeper and barry made nice saves, but he was lacking small match fitness like mata. Schurrle was good but needs to work on his finishing, its horrific just shoot on target FFS Ivanovic was good Mikel was good I hope mourinho knows now that ramires on the flanks is horrible. We should have managed on with schurrle like that and hoped he finally scored, because we were getting more chances then. We had plenty chances, it wasn't as bad as people slating mourinho are making it out to be. We had 22 shots 6 on target. But the on target chances didn't include eto's miss from a header, schurrles 3 blatant misses, mata's miss in the box, and garreth barry's block. Stupid match, move on.
