He just doesn't have any close control dribbling, doesn't have great passing or shooting technique. I don't know whether its because Rodgers keeps rotating his positions but he isn't special at anything except speed.

Passing, vision, creativity, dribbling, mobility, control of games, thiago floors pogba in all these aspects of the midfield. Thiago would be among the top 5 best players of his current generation (22-26years) if he wasn't getting injured every damn time.
