People normally discuss about a player when they've found a rumour about him. I saw Jovetic above all the players at the transfer talk page and I immediately thought that there was a rumour about him. Sadly it's only people talking about him for no reason, I rate Jovetic highly. Tbh he's the exact kind of player we need. Gomez is a great goalscorer but he's the exact opposite of what we need. We need a striker with more qualities than just ''scoring'' we need someone who can link-up with Hazard and Mata, someone who can move and pass at a high level. I see that not only in Jovetic but also in players like Cavani,Lewandowski,Bony etc.

And here I thought rumours were spreading about Jovetic yet I come here and I only see discussions .....

Yeh ofcourse, there is a reason why Juve,Milan,United etc all want him. He is good but like i said we have Iva,Cahill,Kalas and Omeruo. We don't need him what we need is a striker and Lampard's replacement.

^ Agree with every word he says. I want Lewandowski/Cavani over Falcao because Falcao is player that doesn't have the qualities Lewandowski/Cavani have with the ball. Yes his finishing is great but we also need a striker that can keep the ball and that can link-up with our AM's. I just don't see that in Falcao. Another striker that is underrated and who i'll prefer over Falcao is Jovetic.

If he plays as a CB this coming season then his talents would be wasted. He is a great great DM. He has the potential to become one of the best DM atm if not the best. He can shoot,he can pass,he is strong on the ball,obviously he can defend because he is naturally a good CB and he can win aerial duels. I don't see why he shouldn't be our new defensive midfielder. He would be awesome alongside Ramires next season.... IF Lampard leaves.
