  1. Matic and Rambo have started together at least 2-3 times... What we need to partner up with Matic is a DLP. A Modric, a Gundogan, a Schweinsteiger, a Fernandinho, etc!
  2. Geeez, what a bunch of poor formulated arguments! Anyway dude, just agree to disagree...
  3. I'll go with the third choice: 90 minutes of entertaining football while trashing the other team 5-0!
  4. You dont know that!Yes, it is extremely likely they will drop points, but this is not how things work. You simply cant say the title is ours to lose when we dont even hold the chances in our own hands. Fuck, we can beat everyone and still not win the title... You can try to make the case we are favourites, that's fine (I would still disagree, but then it's only my opinion). However, saying the title is ours to lose is just not true. There is no opinions involved, just basic math! Sorry, but mathematically speaking, you trying to convince us the title is ours to lose is just like you are trying to convince us 2 + 2 = 5!
  5. You have heard it wrong then. For instance, one third of Real Madrid or Barcelona's total revenue comes from the stadium. It is not only tickets, it's the museum, the mega store, the tour, shows, etc. And keep in mind that the Spanish clubs dont even have naming rights! Of course with Chelsea it wouldnt be THAT big, but a modern and iconic 60-70k stadium in West London would certainty generate a lot of revenue. Chelsea could start hosting shows and international friendlies, it could create a more appealing museum and tour (especially for a more wide audience), maybe partner up and use naming rights, etc. Just look at what Arsenal and ManUtd are capable of doing... And that is only taking the financial expect into consideration. I didnt even touch the sporting aspects of moving to a bigger stadium: larger crouds, potential lower tickets and standing areas, more hospitality capacity, improved and better equipped media area, etc. Doing all of that, we could realistic be looking into an increase of 20-30 million pounds at the end of a season. That is enough money to buy a Matic or Willian each year!!! EDIT: An expansion is out of the question though. It is way too complicated and it costs too much. It already starts with the fact we would have to play somewhere else for a couple of years. Then we would need to buy adjacent properties and wait for the city council to approve it. On top of that, the club would lose a lot of money on the potential real state value of Stamford Bridge's site. Although I would love for us to remain at our home, it is impossible for it to continue to be economically viable.
  6. How can someone say it's our title to lose if not even an 100% form would guarantee us the title???
  7. What? Ticket and TV revenues are by far the biggest source of money modern clubs have! Just look at RM, Barcelona. ManUtd, Arsenal, Bayern, etc...
  8. To be honest, I thought some players did play well today. Ba, Eto'o, Willian, Hazard, Matic, Azi, Terry, Cahill and Cech. Oscar did have a few good passes and tackles, but overall it wasnt a good performance at all. He lost three excellent chances in a row! He is a AM for fuck sake, he cant just live of work-rate...
  9. Just because you "feel", it doesnt mean it's our title to lose! City has more goals, better startin eleven, better subs, more of a fear factor on opponents and they are confident after the League Cup. If anything, it's their title to lose. They are the clear favourites! Now, that doesnt mean I dont believe we can win it. I have been one of the most optimistic members thorughout the season and I trully believe we will be celebrating come May. However, it is no wear near over. There is a lot of football to be played still...
  10. Well, very theoretically, because sometimes great offensive teams (like City, obviously) struggle against the smaller defensive fixtures and play amazing against the top sides! City pretty much trashed everyone at the top 7 (apart from us) and had a lot of difficulties against the likes of Cardiff, Stoke, Aston Villa, etc. Manure will definitely not defend for 90min and the game will be rather open, while if City faces Hull or Fulham, they might find it hard to break their 11 men wall or whatever. Like I said, I would go one week at a time and NOT focus our "hopes" on the big matches...
  11. No, I agree! It's just that I think all games matters independently of whom the opponent is. At this stage, each match is worth 3 points and nothing else, no matter against who we play... With the League so close and in its last weeks, I really dont think its important whether we are playing Cardiff or Arsenal. Just like I dont think it is important if City plays Manure or Fulham. Every single game is a final now!
  12. By the way, we are winning and it's all good, but we will NOT win all our remaining matches. So, when we do lose points, I dont want everyone flipping out and going crazy. Just stay positive and we WILL win the title!
  13. To be fair, I dont think those games are that much important than the other fixtures (if at all)... City (because I honestly dont believe Liverpool's title intentions will last long) loosing points to Manure or Fulham has the exact same effect on us!
  14. I didnt like him today, just because we won 4-0 it doesnt mean he played well...
  15. Not gonna be as easy as people think...
  16. We scored from three blatant mistakes, plus the penalty!
  17. LOOOOOOOOOOL, FOOOOURRR - NIL!
  18. NOOOOO, that fucked up my prediction!!! Fuck you Ba!
  19. Oscar missed three clear chances already! Dont forget goal difference is the first criteria...
  20. BarceLOLna lost to Villadolid with both Messi and Neymar on the pitch!
