I am very critical of our home crowd because I (as a fanatic Brazilian) think the fans go AWOL in many matches, specially against smaller teams... However, when we most need support the fans always answer! Last night was no different. It was absolutely incredible and we really pushed the guys to their limit. Ibra is much better than half of that list! Just because PSG lost, people are acting as if it was an argument to prove he is "overrated"! Yes, he didnt win the Champions League yet and probably never will, but so what? What if Cech didnt save 3 fucking penalties in Munich, would Drogba be overrated because of it??? Ibra is one of the best strikers of all time and he has achieved amazing things throughout his career. He was the best player in Italy when Serie A was still a powerhouse, he rocked the world in Holland and he owns Ligue 1. The only time he didnt do much was in Barcelona and that was because Messi and Guardiola stabbed him in the back!!! I find it pathetic for people to try to downgrade him (or anyone else) just because they dont like him as a person...

I think the best way for us to win is to avoid both clubs from Madrid tbh... 1. Atletico beating Barça and facing us would be a nightmare. Their intensity would demand too much of our players and they are more physical as well. Also, their style fits our weakness (something seen last year). Of course we can go through, but the chances of our players getting burnt out is huge. 2. Barcelona's tik taka has a huge vulnerability when facing both Chelsea and Mourinho. Chelsea is one of the very few clubs Barcelona fears and Messi cant play well against us. Not to say they dont have a defence and our AMs will exploit it. I would be quite happy drawing them again! 3. Real Madrid itself would be a decent draw, but that whole Mourinho vs Squad thing worries me. I mean, their biggest weakness is the lack of heart/focus, but against their former coach that would not happen. They would treat a game against Jose like the game of their lives and everyone would in a "mission". I prefer for somebody else to knock them out because I definitely dont want to face them in those circunstances! 4. Bayern is a team that intrigues me. They are capable of steam-rolling everyone, but in Europe they seem lazy and only doing what is strictlly necessary to advance. That said, a final against us would make them way too angry, specially after Munich. However, a two-legged match-up might return them to that "lazy" state" so we can try to make the most of it. If we can keep a clean sheet at home, it is winnable! 5. Manchester United, well...They wont advance anyways, but if something so stunning like that happens we must pray to face them. Not only they would be by faaaaaar the worst team on Friday's draw, but eliminating them at Old Trafford to go to Lisbon would be a nice pay-off for 2008!!! I know there isnt an easy route, but Bayern in the semis and Barcelona in the final would be the best scenario imo.

Actually, he thinks everyone should operate the way he would (including Barça). If something is done against his belief he starts talking shit about it... To me, Cruif is Pelé 2.0. Did amazing things for the sport but never misses the opportunity to keep his mouth shut!

There is also the huge problem of not knowing why you hate your opponent. This war/rivalry has been going for so long that many of the involved people dont even know why they should hate Israel or Palestine... Some acts feel to me like childish fight and bitterness as opposed to true actions based on one's belief!

LOL, I pmed Choulo on Friday. It was not me. My father fell from the stairs of a mall and broke his leg really bad, the bone got exposed. So I had to quit class and drive lile nuts to take him to the hospital while he was screaming and I could see his bone coming out of his leg (gross). He then got into ER and did a temporary surgery to clean things up and prevent infection (that was Wednesday, right before the PSG match). Then he was in a semi intensive care room until the titanium pieces came from Europe or whatver. And Friday he did the real surgery of almost 5 hours to put everything in place!!! The doctor said if he twisted the bone a little bit more he could have had his leg amputed, scary!!! But everything is fine now, we just came back from the hospital (geez, eating hospital food for 4 days is the worse feeling on this planet) and he is recoverring well...
