Although I agree, he also has a xerrif like Terry to play alongside him! It is not like he doesnt have any other partner (like Pique) to play with when he is in a Chelsea shirt...

Just because Oscar and Luiz play better for Brazil, it doesnt mean they are not giving their all at Chelsea or that club football isnt their focus! The thing is Brazil is a team with excellent chemistry and very well coached (by two WC champions, btw). It is not only our players that play better for Brazil than for their clubs, it's almost everyone: Julio Cezar, Daniel Alves, Paulinho, Neymar, Fred, etc. Everybody has upped their game when playing for Brazil lately. Now, with Mourinho and a little more experience, Oscar will certainty improve. I predict he not only will start playing in the same level for Chelsea as he does for Brazil, but he will become even better. It is what he does with us that will ultimately define him, not Brazil! Dont worry, he will come good...

Can we just ban this troll? @?

I highly doubt those numbers and sources, but even if they are true, this is not the math we should do... Finishing first or fourth has a total difference of 2.2 million pounds. The TV revenue and the other 50% that is divided equally wont change, no matter what position Chelsea finish. Counting the fact we will already be at least fourth in the EPL this season, the math that needs to be done is the difference in gain between focusing on the League or advancing in the Champions League! Now, when you see the increase in the amount of money Chelsea can make by winning and advancing in the UCL, it doesnt even compare to the Premier League. Only by reaching the QFs alone we would be increasing our revenue in more than 2.2mi pounds (which is the difference between 4th and 1st place)! So, by financially focusing on the either on league or the european cup, it is clear that the cup brings more financial benefices. It is basic math!!! Before coming with "facts", learn how to add and subtract! I agree, but that has nothing to do with the incorrect information you posted about being first in the league being economically better than advancing/winning the UCL!

Why dont you go back to Real Madrid right now? Just leave the real Chelsea fans alone...
-
Only in your dreams...

I agree, but I would mix up the team just to get some rotation and fresh blood! Cech Iva - Cahill - Terry - Cole Luiz - Matic Salah - Willian - Hazard Eto'o
-
I think the true UCL clash should be Valladolid vs Wigan Athletic...

Hhahahaha, someone has been drinking today!

Wow wow...I agre we will win the league, but CL is pushing a bit too far!
-
Not long ago they were talking about winning all four major trophies!

I'm available! See, I check almost all the same attributes as Oscar's. I'm Brazilian, at around the same age, Chelsea fan, etc...

Barbara, saying it's our title to lose and saying we are the favorites are two different things. You dont need to make a case for us winning the league because I was the very first member on this bandwagon. Even before the season started I was already saying we could realistically win the title this season. I was also one of the few predicting we would win against City at the Etihad! However, it cant be our title to lose because we arent even ahead of City (mathematically speaking). When somebody says its Chelsea's title to lose, it means that only a huge upset would prevent us from winning. And that is simply not the case. City winning the title wouldnt be an upset at all. Actually many journalists and professionals believe City winning would just be the normal! Sorry, but it is simply wrong to say it's our title to lose when we dont even depend solely on our efforts!

He was injured and Lahm has playing in his spot. Plus I dont think he would ever come to Chelsea tbh...
-
But what is best for us?City beating Barcelona will add two important fixtures to their schedule, but I definitely dont want to face a confident Manchester team in the title race...

Yeah, that'd be a good team!

Definitely Asamoah, because Ronaldinho would never play for a shit club like Juve!
