  1. Thats true. The amount of people Ferguson cunted off on his way to title after title, yet the club knew which side their bread was buttered. All managers are either narcissistic or on a power trip, and players, tea ladies and medics will fall by the wayside. The board know this, and I think Abramoviçh can afford to pay compensation if the club lose an Employment tribunal.
  2. So lets get this straight the Angel Gabriel has the red rescinded, and the Devil Diego gets a ban, the decision by an 'independent' panel. Presumably consisting of Denis Berkamp, Martin Keown and David Seaman. Fuck me why not give them the 3 points as well
  3. Inevitable really. Trial by media again.
  4. Jose lost his rag, but most managers, not just in football are petulant fuckers. So a medic has gone who will quickly get another very well paid job- this would go unnoticed if it wasnt for two things: A) its a fairly attractive woman and its Chelsea. Cue the manginas in shining armour to her rescue, and the media having a bash. Reality is theres 'nothing to see here, move along please'.
  5. Evcellent cartoon regarding our top striker http://www.theguardian.com/football/picture/2015/sep/22/david-squires-on-the-dark-arts-of-diego-costa He avoids detection by wearing a cloak of invisibility found in a dusty attic in Stamford Bridge. 'Bogarde'
  6. He would have been! Another great, that is hailed is Dennis Wise. The stuff he got up to makes Costa look like Mother Theresa, yet I dont remember any Chelsea fans criticising in his day, part and parcel of the game. Then again there werent interweb voyeurs crticising from afar then
  7. If Jose had said what Wenger said about Mike Dean he'd be banned as well
  8. Still, probably not a good idea to start comparing and dividing players from the same team. When it kicks off I notice JT is straight away backing up Diego. As I said, the tv didnt pick up on Gabriel getting Costa round the neck twice before hand. Fair play to Cech acting as peacemaker -imagine if Lehman had been in goal, it would have been WW3
  9. I notice you dont include 'kick' players in Terrys repertoire. Hes kicked plenty, barca player in the back for one, and getting sent off, and he's squared up to plenty, in a very Costa-esque manner.Attackers are more vulnerable to cynical fouls, wind ups, and constant verbals than defenders. Would I prefer it if Costa didnt respond ? Only if the energy was transmitted into scoring goals, but thats his game. Roy Keane would have been mediocre without his aggression, as would John Mcenroe. As long as hes doing the business for Chelsea I dont think Chelsea fans whose sensibilities have been ruffled should kick up a fuss, and condemning him is counter productive. But it would be boring if every player adhered to the same behaviour and likewise if all fans all thought the same.
  10. ..and is on record as saying he wished he punched him full in the face
  11. Who says its totally unacceptable ? Have you watched any games in South America, Africa, Eastern Europe ? Yes in an ideal world, all that stuff would be eradicated, but corporate media as you know Chou need the soap opera, they need the bad guy -and invariably as always its Chelsea. It will always be there Ronaldo got Rooney sent off, the other Diego got Beckham sent off in World cups and it goes on every week. Its not like he has murdered Palestinian kids, he's given another multi millionaire a slap after intense provocation. People will always cheat, and I am not going to get on some media driven bandwagon to condemn him. If we all did the logical conclusion would be to drive him and the best manager we ever had out of Stamford Bridge. He never punches anyone in the face, as Keown and Savage said its always an open hand, and only then under intense provocation. TV hasnt shown the way Koscielny was having digs beforehand. Gabriel and Koschielny tried to wind him up and paid the price.
  12. That 'complete cunt' was instrumental in winning the league last year for the team you..er..support.
  13. No 1970 FA cup win, or 1971 Cup Winners Cup without him, but I understand hes too physical for you.
  14. Ron Harris was in the same team as Cooke, Hudson, Osgood, Hutchinson.
  15. People getting all morally superior about Diego, must have hated Droy, Doug Rougvie, Webb, all wind up merchants. Osgood was great at running his studs down defenders calves. Ron Harris makes Costa look like an angel, so a certain poster here must hate the Chelsea legends.
  16. Special one spot on yesterday, the players have had a kick up the arris, performed. Right call to drop JT, and Terry will understand perfectly Sentimental management can bring a good manager down...not this one though. He does what he has to do even though it clearly hurts his heart. He makes the call and isn't afraid of tough decisions. There will be no Gerrard type players hanging round like bad sentimental smells...
  17. Good call by Mourinho to drop him yesterday, but he will still be used for some games
  18. No but you seem to be giving Aguero a lot of attention. Good player, would love him at SW6 and Messi and probably the bullnecked Madeiran. As it is they are all foes on the horizon.
  19. Yesterday on TV we had slo mo replays and sanctimonious commentating (only of Costas actions, not what Gabriel and Koscielny did beforehand). Thank fuck we didnt have the internet and slo mo replays in the 60s, 70s. All those condemning Diego would have wanted Chopper Harris, Dave Webb and Rougvie sacked or lynched. As it is they are Chelsea legends.
  20. So what you gonna do then keep pining for Aguero, or support Diego and Chelsea ?
  21. He was cavity searched in the penalty area as if it were customs and excise. Gabriel and Koscielny tried to wind him up and ended up winding themselves up. Costa actually needs more protection from referees, and the club would do well to put that out there, before theres the moral crusade against him. Great day yesterday, 6 scored and 0 against in the last two games. Fuck the hairshirt brigade.
  22. I suppose Mike Dean will be feeling like a twat today, especially if hes looked at the back pages, and will be looking to even things up with Costa/Chelsea next time.
