  1. v Barca Written in UEFAs crooked fixture fix the Stars
  2. 19 shots 70% possession and fuck all to show for it
  3. Also it was their cup final v the Champions - they'll be the usual West Ham v Arse and Stoke
  4. Just couldn't break em down, Foul throw at the end summed it right up. Must concentrate on the cups now, and come back blazing for the league 2018-19
  5. Theyre moaning, yet I can’t stand this false narrative that he did a good job here or steadied the ship. It was probably the most divisive I’ve ever seen this club, with regards the disconnect between board and supporters, and there’s been plenty of competition for that over the years! We were only points behind the leaders when he joined and ended up 14 behind, just scraping CL football. He's always been one of them to me.
  6. Spot on Stats, gave the game dynamism along with kante
  7. ''Getting sacked in the morning...'' probably about the 70th minute
  8. Moses looked rusty along with a couple of others after Conte was removed, might be a coincidence. Kante is the engine of that team, we don't want him out and ....it was fucking freezing last night ! In other news ''Azpilicueta missed his first Chelsea PL game for the first time since December 2015, having played 90 minutes in each of the Blues' last 74 top-flight matches.'' Lazy.
  9. Yeah agree -cant fault his energy and commitment - also reminds a bit of Luiz when he arrived, loads of headless charging about, yet becoming so much more tactically aware later on
  10. So what we saying then - give Baka more time ?
  11. Mikel was a good ! I liked Kalou -but Oscar was more miss than hit and Torres well yeah give you that one = seemed an Abramovich signing like Shevchenko
  12. Its true cant knock his commitment, and Kompany at Citeh was a buffoon for a while, but at a top club you are given a very short window to show your stuff before being shown the door
  13. ''Get rid of Bakayoko for us, and you can have a job here later''
  14. Fabregas had to retake when players were blatantly encroaching into the area for the penalty, but apparently that rule doesn't apply for Aguero and Citeh players
  15. Its wouldnt be Chelsea not to have brain dead right backs at SW6. This Freddie Mercury lookylikey is just following a long fine tradition ''Put Essien in there !'' Cant beat Khalid 'the Kannibal' Boularouz for outright headless chickenitis though
  16. Yup it seems endemic of todays football and twitter culture. Sadly there have also been a few trolls on here masquerading but with total negative posts and most have been booted out. And there were pages on the Lampard thread around 2007 when so many wanted him out So true, and its part of the instant gratification, buy ready made product of the shelf, money driven game. It wasn't like that in the early days of the Premiership, pre Abramovich, and before PSG and Man City were owned by countries. I suppose that's the flip side of some remarkable football we witness week in week out.
  17. Fans are so fickle though BL. I can clearly remember being at games when fans around me have shouted ''Zola youre fucking shit and past it'' '' Lampard you lazy fucking cunt''. ''Drogba is a waste of fucking space'' The difference at games is that its over in an instant, and is not a general summary, here people seem to take their views seriously though, and posts are forever in cyberspace
  18. But apart from, that... I think Bakayoko has got the potential to be a very good player for us, but he seems to be going backwards at the moment
  19. Joey Barton on Talksport said he knows one of the French physios who told him Bakayokos knee is basically fucked. Could be bullshit, - but sticking Luiz in midfield is a good option imo
  20. No reason why we cant go on an 8 game winning streak now
  21. We would have been ripped apart without Kante and Dave. Players who need to be more clinical imo Zappacosta, Bakayoko and, Morata, maybe Drinkwater can be excused with little match play. On the positive unbeaten there since 2013 and some nice fixtures coming up when Conte won't be hamstringed by selection because of a ridiculous fly back from Azerbaijan
  22. Yeah think we've reached peak beard now. Too many blokes with hair round their holes looking and sounding like cunts
  23. Yup TV calling the shots again -also 11 and a half hours flying time to cope with as well
  24. True, looking at the tournament as a whole, there's not really any stand-out side, unlike previous years of late when you'd say there was 1, 2, maybe 3 teams, who were head & shoulders above the rest.
