  1. Not the start we wanted, but my anger has subsided a bit now. On the positive the spirit and character when down to 9 was fantastic, just what we want going forward. I am more pissed off with losing Cesc and Cahill for the Yids at Wembley
  2. Ah nothing really stayed there a long time ago, and used to visit the university. Really nice town.
  3. Yes if he gets on the score sheet early, should be ok then for confidence. Unfortunately price tags are not always a good indication of what's to come...can you hear the drums Fernando... PS did I read somewhere youre in Trier ML ?
  4. Yes definitely, hopefully Contes putting them through their paces. Impressed with Pedro in the pre seasons till he got attacked, he seems to be improving.
  5. It was an age coming, I remember. Lets here you cheer again
  6. True ...or Didier or Crespo... Morata might surprise us all
  7. Fucking loved him when he was with us, albeit for such a short time. He still loves the club, and shocking the REAL reason he left us.... http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-4778030/Hernan-Crespo-Chelsea-Neymar.html
  8. Yeah can see Jose sending Ibra on @ 70th minute if Lukaku isn't performing Lol -it's like life isn't it ? The grass is always greener, you always think the other person/team has a better advantage. THOU MUST NOT COVET THY NEIGHBOURS ASS or Wife or something, WIFES ASS.
  9. I think Utd needlessly bought Lukaku, and Ibra is a better forward despite his age- Citeh have an array of expensive individuals, but what made us so potent last season was the team ethic, and the formation (that everyone seems to now be copying). Incidentally Pochettino was just on R5 saying they will buy 2 or 3 new players before the end of the window
  10. Lol no that's not weird, I'd be pretty content with that too. Unless a couple of marqee signings arrive by the end of the month, we'll be over achieving in winning another title. 2018-19 could well be different though.
  11. Yeah think most Chels feel the same -and I am not that surprised to be honest. I reckon this wont be a title chasing season by the board, , though it is by the players, manager and fans. Every team wants to beat the champions, and can't see much past City and their insane spending. A spree where two of their players cost the same as the whole Brighton set up. I am prepared to be surprised, but this conservative spending by our very rich club, I am expecting top four and/or a domestic cup
  12. Kenedy n Baker loaned- bench on Saturday will be interesting, anybody going to the match take your boots
  13. Huge pressure in attaining back to back titles. IMO the board would be happy to get top 4 in 2017-18, be financially prudent, assess what we have this year in terms of personnel, and consolidate and regroup for 2018-19.
  14. Good to see those half way line seats actually filled today -with Grenfell survivors. That's 3 times now Cech has fist pumped an Arsenal victory over us at Wembley now - the decision to let him go there was woeful
  15. Premier league' curtain raiser' -whatever. Fact is no team that has won the Charity Shield has gone on to win the league since 2010. Imagine losing your home, getting severely injured or you or your relatives because they burned to death. More important than any game was that we raised tons of cash for the Grenfell survivors today. Some things are way, way more important than millionaires kicking a bag of wind round a field.
  16. Mixed for me -would have preferred if he'd gone abroad. But 40m for a 30 year old who has the turning circle of an oil tanker aint too bad. Just him going to the redshite has induced a little bit of sick in my mouth...
  17. Up to the board in reality, every player has his price n all that, but they'd be idiots to offload
  18. Agree -and the amount of social media police is crazy
  19. Nice to see England beating Spain 2-0 in the Women's Euros after trouncing Scotland 6-0 Chelsea's Fran Kirby scored the first....
  20. Worthy performance by the Champions -and so positive that on that display it demonstrates we have incredible strength in depth
  21. Well on that performance hopefully Conte will utilise him, very industrious and skilful. (I am probably the longest user of this forum, but often don't read a lot of stuff )
  22. Hes quality -and great to demonstrate it against the North London scum
  23. Hope he is OK -blood coming out his nose and ear. Shocking that the ref didn't penalise Ospina at all
