  1. Hahahaha! True, it is Dirk! In Holland he once turned into Dick [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]. I guess he didn't look at the english. Maybe he did though, the money grabbing sod :-)
  2. My kind of thread! Great humor [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]
  3. Lol just stop your 'facts'. You look like The Onion when you present facts [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]
  4. Regards. Somehow I find it quite cynical to hear the bookkeeping argument. Even if I do not think Salah is cut out for us. We do great business, but good people management would even take us further in the long run, imo. If we use players as instrumental to the (our) goal, we will get what asked for: instrumental players. We have some now.
  5. I would not do it tbh ..... We all know a young player needs a good head to make it here. This one doesnt really seem to have it.
  6. I think KDB just freaked out and overreacted because of the WC. If he was here now, he would have got ample chances. But .... He isn't the easiest guy around. Eg: hazard has a completely different mindset, but give KDB the untouchable status after a good run and he will rock the 10. Its reeeeeeeaaaaaally a shame, but context/timing matters in this one.
  7. Or play him on the left and Hazard on the 10. [emoji7][emoji7][emoji7][emoji7] Ok, im officially drooling now ....
  8. Actually, besides the Chelsea passage, all his last seasons have been this way -bar his couple of months injury-time at Genk - he kept doing it. He bossed the league here and drives the national team. Respect [emoji8]
  9. This x 100.000.000.0000. Eden would fit the 10 like a glove imo!
  10. Its like sex. The (male) point is an orgasm (and procreation/reproduction) from an evolutionary point). However, it gets a bit boring when its the missionary in a dark bedroom all the time. Time for some reverse cowgirl, doggy style stuff, i say! [emoji16][emoji7][emoji16]
  11. I think he would, yes. KDB always picked up form by playing a lot. Even at Genk he needed games.
  12. Not enough. Period. [emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji36]
  13. Keep up the balanced opinions. On Mou: the taste of the pudding is in the eating. We will see how good/bad he was for Chelsea in the long run.
  14. Hear hear. Top, top post without blue glasses on. We should be humble and critical with nuance.
  15. I agree 100% Jake. But it remains a question: Is our archetype wrong - maybe with a mismatch by our player assembly (i do tend to think our mental make-up as a team isn't quite there yet) ? Then it is a Mou issue. I want him to be a transformational leader - the kind of manager that changed and bettered players. Its crazy, but i'm not there yet with Mourinho. So, what do .....
  16. I know. But still, it only needs a little tweak in the context of Chelsea to also instill confidence in our (new) players. I said this when Mou arrived: his approach in handling players is special and his tactical handling is quite directive. It tends to favour the experienced/robust. I would adore Mou bringing up some of our youth/new younger players. Make them grow. Ps: I love how KDB has punched through now though.
  17. We reaaaaaally should have kept him ..... Crap.
  18. Damn, still so gutted. Rereading it didnt help [emoji25]
