  1. It is a brave post with which to enter her. I like it!
  2. I am sorry social support counts most in here ...
  3. I would rather see him develop, get good play time by being there almost every weekend, and become a solid player, than play on the bench and see him rot and not be able to make it to the WC. Sigh ... I get that, but that also implies a choice in weakening our attacking line NOW. It is a trade off. One can debate on this because this is a strategic (policy wise) topic. I cannot understand people cannot discern between those two levels.
  4. the source of a lot of confusion: The opinion on the lukaku saga can differ if you adress 1) is it good for Lukaku 2) is it good for Chelsea now I say 1) yes I say 2) no, we weakened our attack (or narrowed down the options) I am frustrated as fuck a lot do not seem to discern between those two and then attack - including the 'belgian' remarks that have been going on repeat for weeks ....
  5. Let me just simplify it without any hypothetical jargon. I simply do not agree to see Lukaku out on loan. but we want Lukaku to get play time every weekend. That is actually the source of a lot of confusion. The opinion on the lukaku saga can differ if you adress 1) is it good for Lukaku 2) is it good for Chelsea now I say 1) yes I say 2) no, we weakened our attack. 6. I believe he had what it took to be second and get a fair amount of deals. I also believe he got offloaded due to a lack of posibilities to offload Torres and/or Ba. I also believe Mou did not keep his word about his belief in the guy. I do think this has an effect on the boy - in terms of Chelsea - that effect Ell be detrimental (less loyality, desillusioned in a club that did this twice to him). So disregarding his development (an argument is think is way overstated on here), I think Chelsea just cut in its own flesh and I hope we do not pay the price for it later if Eto'o doesn't instant deliver. So ... To answer some! This is not a Belgium FC motivated concern, but very, very, very much a CFC related concern. I believe (not know!) we did not do so well here (disregarding how this will affect others in the team Lukaku is close with, eg. KDB and other non-belgians) . This is not Fifa or FM where you pass players around like pawns without them having thought, emotions and opinions on it. Edit: despite his short tweetwith a smiley, already reports from his manager the loan came out of the blue and he isn't happy with it. Go figureif you have just been told you will be an important player for the team.
  7. I am out ..... And fucking Torres is still in. Ugh. Not even an offer it seems.
  8. All that matters is perception. If he has the perception he is loaned because of it, it is all that matters, really.
  9. This is exactly what I meant. We are all one! Guess what Lukaku will say next year when he hears that line again. Thanks Bushman.
  10. Of course you know, Ow superior one :-) Btw: is he loaned now or not? Or is the man management of Mourinho actually pointing in the direction of Lukaku staying? I wonder. Knowing that would make you one of those TC specialists, right?
  11. Ow well .... Sell Mata, alienate Lukaku, bench KDB an entire year, sell Hazard next year to Real.... If in the end we win, it doesn't matter right? But really, in the end : nothing happened.
  12. Yep .... When we see Torres leading our line for most of the season ........ Ugh.
  13. Well, its just that. We think he isnt ready. But .... We never play him: not two years ago, not now. Only in preseason and he scored enough then. Its manager anxiety avoidance: better go with experience/expensive strikers. Understandable, emotionally comfortable, but factually delusional.
  14. Dude stop it. It is because I have hours and hands short reacting to bullshit first.
  15. I will tell more .... He pushed the transfer due to a lack of confidence (maybe/perhaps) and WBA pushes back giving him that confidence. What will happen next year? This is the second time he got run over by his team. I say it is bad, bad business. Not because I am a butt hurt belgian (Lukaku isn't my favorite at ALL) but this is not how you treat youngsters. Simple. We will see next year if he has learned more, became a beast and puts a transfer request in.After two year he will have his loyalty towards WBA as Courtois has towards Atletico. Then they become top and our team will have lost them. If we don't watch it, we will do the same with Chalobah and others (As I think MvG might be the first). No judgement, I just think it is a vision on youth I do not share right now.
