For everyone saying why aren't we going after Reus, here's What I'd bet decent money on has happened. 1- Chelsea have contacted Bvb and Marcos camp and have been informed that he is absolutely not available right now because of their league and CL situation. And come summer will be an all out battle for his signature. 2-Similar to the situation above, Chelsea have made contact, but have been informed the player already has a deal set up with another club for summer. Basically what I'm saying is, if Reus was even a POSSIBILITY right now you can bet Chelsea would at least have a dog in the fight.

I dont want to speak for the poster you quoted, but I may be able to shed light on the topic. First off I want to say I love Oscar and dont consider myself a critic of his, as he's one of the players we have that gives his all and shows fight no matter the circumstance. That goes a long way in my book. But I can also agree to some degree with the faction of fans that consider him fairly frustrating at times. The reason his misplaced passes (whether its 5 or 11 in a match) drive ppl mad at times is because they are usually relatively "simple" passes to make (for a player of his quality) and often come during a potentially good attack build up. Today while watching the match I observed a few Chelsea fans berate and complain about his passes despite him scoring twice and pressing like a mad man. They basically told me the same thing I outlined above, they get frustrated mostly at the timing of his misplaced passes and the nature of them (i.e he's not misplacing potential defensive splitting balls).

I quite like Lacazette, I watched a fair bit of his matches last season. Really like his game. I've heard rumbles of interest from Liverpool in him, I'd be gutted if that materialized. Not because I feel we need him, but because I HATE when then sign any player I even mildly like.

Absolutely bossed it when he came on. Close to the end of the match, he completely out muscled a sporting player, stole the ball and sprayed a accurate ball to rami on a break. I think Rami then over hit a cross to Luis, really should have done better on that sequence. I know many ppl who watch the U21s and U18s like Boga the most but for me it's always been RLC. I was so happy for him to get his debut tonight, and the reception he got was great. Only negative is that he should have gotten more time. I don't mean this as a jab at Jose, but I feel he does things like this (not putting RLC on until the final 8mins while literally everyone is crying out for him to do so before then) to show and remind everyone that he is in control and does not let the opinion of others come into play.

Good performance by us. Comfortable through out the whole match. Thought schurrle was good in the first, tho perhaps a bit greedy. Took his goal well. Salah was solid, no more, no less. Matic was very good for me. Id like to see the Azpi/Luis full back pairing some more. Costa didn't look up for it. Idk whats up with him, lost the ball a lot tonight. RLC looked great in his cameo. I really wish these rumors didn't start, or at least started closer to the transfer window lol The idea of possibly signing Reus is very exciting. However I feel, like another poster said, a lot of things would have to fall into place for us to have a good chance of signing him: -Bayern indeed isn't an option for him (if you believe the rumors of him being too loyal to BVB) -Madrid/ Barca (we'll see if this ban really sticks) must not come into play, or he'll most likely be swayed to pick them. If the above happen then we can feel more confident about the prospect of signing him for a couple reasons. -He'd probably like to play for Jose versus Pelligrini (assuming he's still there) or LVG -London often plays a part in some players choices -The RW position will be his and he'll be assured he'll have plenty of playing time. Id absolutely love him here as he's been one of my fav players to watch even before his move back to BvB and I think he'd fit our side like a glove.

This will feel like a much better point once I've calmed down. Can't help but feel robbed at this moment in time though. Ugh. KTBFFH

Finally a topic for young Dom Solanke. Was so happy for him to get his debut. I really love his game from the youth matches I've seen. Hoping we see more of him in the senior side this season.

If we were able to play Ramires in this, along side Matic, id be very confident that we get the 3pts...without him im worried we wont be able to press as fast. We'll see. I REALLY hope Cesc puts in a huge shift. The posts on ArsenalMania after the match and ArsenalFanTV on youtube would be amazing lol.

Same here mate. It was almost embarrassing for me how much I liked the lad. Loved watching him play. My gooner mate would laugh at me lol. But as an avid watcher of him, I can say that he def has stagnated and hasn't pushed on. Odd, he looked dead set to be a world beater by 22-23.
