Had a bad start of the second half, like the rest of the team. But he crossed the ball for Mertens' gigantic miss in the first half, assisted Mertens for the first goal, scored the second goal and hit the post in the dying minutes. Not bad for his worst game.

And pre-assist for the second goal. Much better playing on the left then on the right.

Looking at his workrate and team-play today, your comments are ridiculous. Don't think there's one City fan today who's thinking KDB puts himself above the team.

Almost feel sorry for Hazard now after what happened in the game.
This is probably the toughest period he's had so far in his career but I'm confident that he will bounce back and become the Hazard we all know again. Mourinho could help by giving him a little pep talk.

Was a guest in a TV-show in Belgium yesterday evening. The entire show was build around Courtois. Hasn't heard anything from Real Madrid, just speculation from the media. Rates his own value around 50 million euro's when asked about the 100 million in the media. Said he'll stay at Chelsea.

No it isn't, United took over half a decade to replace Schmeichel properly and Arsenal still haven't really replaced Seaman, I can't stress enough how lucky we are to flick from one world class keeper to the other.
Say Cech leaves this summer and Tibo next? Who could we bring in that's anywhere near the level of Courtois? We could end up with our very own Barthez.
Quality world class keeper's are gold dust in this day in age, there's a reason Real are prepared to break the bank for this guy and unless we can replace him like for like (we can't) we shouldn't even consider letting him go.

This wasn't even a shocking mistake. Adams execution was absolutely perfect. Courtois' position wasn't bad either, anticipating through-balls from Stoke.
There's a big difference between making a shocking mistake and situations where maybe you should do better next time. For me, this wasn't a real mistake from Courtois, but together with the staff they will try to handle these situations better in the future. Maybe he should take a step back sooner when Stoke got the ball. It's up to the technical staff to analyse what is more important : anticipating long/through-balls or anticipating these kind of shots.
Dropping Courtois because of this goal would be a shame, it's nothing more then an opportunity to make him even better then he already is.

As it has been stated before me. The truth is Cech will be gone next season. The only way to make Courtois world class is to stick with him despite some errors. Valdes is judged to be high quality despite considerable flaws. The same with Neuer and alot of his stupid decisions.
You don't just become world class, you stay it by support of your fans/coach etc.
You can only become better when you make mistakes. So if you replace a player whenever they make a single mistake they loose confidence and you will go nowhere.

He is playing with Eden in the Belgium NT. That's not stopping him from playing very well and being decisive for them too.
After the last game there were some doubts about them playing together, but it was bullshit imo. The problem wasn't Eden taking away space from KDB, the problem was other players doing so. Chadli was also drifting inside and the fullbacks were instructed NOT to overlap. This resulted in no width for the team and no space for the attacking players.
They can play together perfectly, as long as the rest of the team let's them play together.
Anyway, any team could use a player like KDB. And I'm still convinced that, had he gotten the chances that Willian, Oscar and Schurlle were getting, he wouldn't have performed less then any of them. Playing one or two games and then being left out for a month is very difficult for a player trying to convince his manager.

There are differences between KDB and Mata. KDB covers more distance and plays a more direct style then Mata. De Bruyne is also a player who likes to run into space, even behind the defence. Where as Mata is more a player that likes to come short.

I'm still in doubt about this one. Yes, he rushes out a little bit and has to track back, but at the moment Silva heads the ball, he is almost in perfect position? No goalkeeper is standing exactly on the goalline at that moment?
Edit : his position :
