  1. This was rather easy We are so much better with RJ I take no shame in claiming full credit for predicting Reece becoming worldclass years ago
  2. It’s ridiculous how good RJ is on the ball kai wrapping things up
  3. Puli you fool Reece was free as a bee
  4. What a boss goal completely toyed with their entire back5
  5. This prediction has proven as accurate as it was obvious. Burnley are very well prepared , defend super deep but also very doggedly Terrible watch hence you can tell our players are distracted a bit mentally
  6. So does this mean we will get city in the semis again?
  7. Todd boehly is not really much wealthier. He might be an accomplished entrepreneur but his history in american sports is hardly inspiring.
  8. don't know anything about the swiss geezer but his biblical age and relatively modest wealth are huge turn-offs. Let's hope RA sees straight through this. But ig uess he just wants out at some point. Also about the value disucssion. There is hardly a liquid secondary market for football clubs,so you can't say now way we are worth more than Manutd. The price is whatever RA demands and if he wants 3bn to set off the loans or also make donations to Ukraine, it is his prerogative.
  9. Even if he scored he looked absolutely miserable and was a dead end for most our play.
  10. Like how this man keeps his feet on the ground. obviously family plays a huge role for him. Very professional, sports-focused social media accounts, no needless banter,, party or holiday snaps. Very different form most young footballers after they signed their first big contract: no fancy cars, watches or shit like that, no fkin around with those annoying local reality TV hags. But most importantly he stated unpromptedly how Chelsea is his #1 priority despite having all the options. Really hope we do not fuck this up and have him join the team next season. i think he is ready.
  11. Terrible game but quality came thru subs changed the match
  12. Don’t bring on Pulisic they will break his bones
  13. Still shocked Rlc playing cb, football has peaked
  14. Their goal was miles offside tho no var on this ground. That’s probably why Werner is playing lol
  15. Luton are the inform team in thechampionship. they are 6th and made it there from the lower end of the english football spectrum in less than 8 years. if there will be an upset today, it will be here. our morale is possibly low with all the uncertainty around us and they will be going for it.
  16. had to really think a couple of mins about this but i would consider the most likely is a 4-2-2-2 CHO-Rudi-Sarr-Kenedy ------Jorg--RLC------- ----Mount---Saul----- -----Timo---Rom---- CHO would obviously be the odd one out. A lot less probable but possible would be saul or rlc indeed playing cb resulting in the usual 3-4-2-1. Do not really care that much tbh, guess most fans' minds will be on the ownership question not this game
  17. Weird lineup. But i like that Williams is on the bench with Kenedy starting. If both make a big impression we might see more of them and less of Alonso
  18. wow... crazy times we are living in. Moment had to come at some point, did not expect it to be this early. Sad it is triggered by such unfortunate events. Irrespective of his alleged ties to Putin was a good owner and key to what the club is now. One of the most decorated clubs in this time. Sensitive to see it is indeed in the club's best interest. The brand would have become toxic for sponsors, which it needs to be sustainable. will still take a hit financially i would believe. Can't see the board staying the same tho. Surely marina and others will leave. There will be huge personnel disruptions at the executive level. Really hope for the better. if the money that would be used to repay the debt really does go into ukraine, it would be a substantial amount and a huge gesture. He must do one last thing for us and find a good successor
  19. surely that is a mistake. they often posted wrong/old lineups before
  20. Musk and Bezos would be terrible owners. Both are preoccupied with other, more expensive projects. Also ppl think only bc those two have a huge net worth based on the value of their stock holdings, they would just come and give RA 2bn in cash and continue to bankroll the club out of their own pockets. this is a fallacy. They both notoriously operate with very little cash at hand to keep their tax burden low. Instead they take on Lombard loans and pay them off with the cash flows their investments generate like any good capitalist does once they reach a certain net worth. As there is no visible emotional attachement, I think they would just treat the cub as any other investment. Take a loan, buy the club with it and pay it off with the free cash flow from the club's operations. This means there is litle leeway in the timing of these CFs and the club could not operate as freely in the market as with RA's direct loans. We need someone with lots of cash rather than equity, big football fan, ideally a Chels fan who is willing to accomodate the club's finances, is willing to take a loss and allow for continuity in its management.
  21. Kepa for 50m I would bite their hand off but Johnstone is terrible
