Ivanoivc and Cahill makes alot of mistake themselves! Luiz is alot better than both of them especially Cahill! and what are you talking about? Luiz best performances as a CB has come in 2013!!! he has performed better than ever this year much much batter than the start of the season and the season before! he is very very average as a CDM.

have you followed the Bundesliga closely this season? if you have then you would know that is no exaggeration! and for 20m + the wages is worth it for a player who is going to play at a world class level for you for 2-3 seasons!

people were pretty much saying the same thing about Ribery last year when me and a few others wanted us to sign him, and look at him last season he was imo the 2nd best player in the world behind Messi! Robben could come here and win PFA player of the year easily! he still has a good few more years ahead of him, he would be an excellent signing!

I agree Di Maria has been poor this season! I was on here last summer saying we should sign Di Maria and not Hulk and people were telling me Di Maria is crap and Hulk is much better but now that Di Maria is available people want him now! even after he has had a poor season at Madrid! are people still actually wondering if Mourinho will come to Chelsea??? Its been confirmed weeks ago by enough people who know! it will clearly be confirmed by the club after the Madrid game on the weekend! Jose Mourinho is Chelsea's new manager! Simple as that.

if anyone thinks Luiz is a better DM than De Rossi then they don't know much about football! De Rossi is arguably the best DM on the planet! certainly up there with the likes of Busquets and J.Martinez! Luiz is a top class CB, and a very average CDM!

De Rossi would be an amazing signing, he is just what we need in midfield, and if we sign him and once he settles and learns to speak good English (if he cant already) then i could see Jose making him Captain as well.

Put it this way if he is in the squad for Pre-Season i am sure he will make a positive impression on Mourinho, i am confident he will be a Chelsea player next season. He is ready to play for Chelsea and in the PL!
