Ferguson full of admiration for Chelsea ace Lampard
gary gordon replied to the wes's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
As true as this is, we still don't need his praise! He can go fuck himself! Cheating cunts. -
Like most people have and will reply, I would like to win the CL only if we win the premier league title that year. As you have all seen over the years, the CL can be rigged, Besides i like to have the premiership winners patches on my Chelsea kit the next year. When you think about it the CL is only about 13 games if you make the final, the premiership is 4 times that. Come to think of it, i would much rather win the Premiership every year then win the Champions league. I know Sempre Juve will probably disagree, but winning the English title is like being the best in the world anyway.

Chelsea don't need the "best realistic replacement"! They need a coach that can come to the bridge (Not being begged) without making outrages signing requests ( Kaka, Young and Adebayor), Take what they have and build with it. Not every manager gets promised 100 million dollars of new talent if they sign a contract to coach. I am sorry to say, but i see Ancelotti as another manager looking for a chance to fatten his wallet, not help the CFC become a winning dynasty. Jose Mourinho came hungry! He took the club, sold more players than he bought (trust me!), and turned them into the strongest premier league force in decades. breaking countless records along the way! Avram took a club out on its feet, belted with injuries and made them dangerous again. Scolari fucked up everything we had worked for over the last 5 years, and Guus, Who i think is one of the best technical coaches i have ever seen, has had to pick up the pieces. I bet Alex Ferguson breathed a huge sigh of relief when Chelsea got robbed out of the Champions league final. If i was Roman, i wouldn’t worry about signing this player and that player, I would be paying off the Russians for a contract release! END OF STORY! We don't need new players, WE DON'T NEED A NEW MANAGER, We need to secure Guus and build from there.

I am a Chelsea supporter! A Pre-Abramovich supporter! I love the fact that we have become a great side who can win titles, but, i hate the fact our attitude has become so "Fuck up and your gone". Drogba has showed more passion over the last 5 years than any other player bar Terry and Lampard. Avram Grant took us further than any coach has in Europe! And for all the people who say "Jose did everything" Let's not forget we were sitting in seventh position and just drew at home in champions' league group stages. We ended up going to the final losing by a slip and coming within a point of our third consecutive premiership. So what does the ruski do? Fires him and brings in the biggest dope money can buy. I think Avram is the most underrated coach out there, and i am so surprised he hasn't found another managing job. I have nothing against Ancelotti! Who gives a shit what nationality he is. The fact is, he hasn't won shit for ages, can't speak English, and coaches a totally different style to the premier league! He also has a dream team at his disposal and still can't challenge for the Scudetta. The problem we had with Scolari is the same problem we will have with Carlo, It will all be lost in translation.
-
Well i just ordered mine. Will have it for the FA cup final. Got Drogba on the back!!
-
Sorry gents but if Ancelotti come and replaces Drogs with Adebayor, i will support whatever club Drogba ends up at. Since the ruski take over Chelsea have become a force, but they have also lost alot of the values that made me a CFC supporter.
-
That is why i mute the Pre-game, half time and full time talking.
-
Let's not forget that this game will be played 3 days after the champions final in Rome (which we will play in). I don't want to get too confident, but i can't help it. This weeks game should give us a good indication of how we will go.

Abramovich could fund ‘hefty’ summer deal

Drogba? your joking right? If he had of been fit and raring to go at the begining of the season he would be on 25+ goals. -

gary gordon replied to the wes's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
Florent Malouda: If his form in the CL is any indication of his ability, i say give him another year. Paulo Ferreira: Has a big injury. We won’t get shit for him Deco: Ill pay them to sell him. Mineiro: Was bought by Scolari, should have left with him.. Alex: ?????? Are you insane?! I would make him my top priority! Juliano Belleti: Has shown promise as an impact player and never complains about the lack of game time. Also has a match winning foot, and header. Now who i think should go: Joe Cole: We have been carrying him for the last two seasons. Is injury prone and seems to be way off target. Bosingwa: Hasn't been the same since half way through the season. His passing of late has been woeful. Very lazy in defense. Anelka: Let’s face it, he's Boring, always out of position, and can only score if the ball is placed in front of an open goal. Could you imagine the money we would get for the EPL top scorer? -

Its quite funny how 2 months ago when a similar topic popped up everybody had Drogba in there list of players to go. Seems alot different now. -
Absolutley rapped with the result! but lets not get to over confident! Liverpool did and we put 3 on them. Manchester did and liverpool put four on them!
-
Gents i must say i feel like i have won the lotto! To beat those cunts at Anfield is a dream! It should have been 5-1. We dominated the fuck out of them! Where's Gerrard now! Malouda talked the talk and walked the walk! Ivonavic for life!

Ok lets analyse. In the first match at the bridge, Liverpool scored a very flukey goal off a deflection, retreated and defended very well. In the second game at Anfield, Chelsea never looked like scoring. Liverpool played a full field defense, rushed our midfield and made it nearly impossible for us to even get 2 passes away. Even though Lampard got sent, Liverpool totally outclassed us. I will be very suprised if we get a draw. let alone a win. I think Chelsea's best hope is to defend like there lives depend on it, go for a set piece goal, and take it to the bridge for a draw or a win. After what i saw against Tottenham, and Manchester City, i dont have alot of faith. But could it all be a ploy so that other teams don't take them so seriously? Has Guus told them to forget about the EPL and save there stength for the CL? IMO Guss is yet to prove himself at the helm, but with all the players coming out and begging him to stay, he may have an ace up his sleeve...

Shevchenko - 'I was not a flop at Chelsea'
gary gordon replied to the wes's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
I always loved Sheva as a player and a person. I loved how he stood up and took charge when we had all those injuires and the African Cup. He truly was underrated at Chelsea. He saved our asses on the line agaisnt Man you at the bridge last year, and scored our last goal of the EPL season. Bring back sheva i say. His service to Drogba is sublime. -
I dunno guys, when you think about, If Liverpool win, CR7 will almost definetly go to Madrid (United will get no more Penalties, hence no more wins) , Liverpool will not win a title for another 25 years because the hunger will be gone. Which leaves Chelsea as the favourites next season. I know it will hurt to see those scouse fucks lift our title, but i would prefer to see them lift it over pretty boy Ronaldo, Uld Slapper Rooney, Scarface Tevez and the most overrated keeper in the history of football. Anybody else think Chelsea still have a chance to win the title? I do.
-
Me 2! That is by far the strongest Chelsea team. Although lately ive been thinking about Lampard up front. Yes thats right! His footwork inside the box puts some players to shame. Chelsea need more than one player going for the ball when its crossed in. Pressure infront of the goalie is the key. Most of Man you's goals come from crosses.

imo Anelka has been missing since the Villa game.

That article was gold! -
Dunno about Belletti. Would much prefer to see him as a sub. Mikel should be there.
-
I will definetly buy it. Beats the one they got this season. That white colar sticks out like an Arab on a plane.

Didier Drogba open to signing new contract
gary gordon replied to Steve's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
Drogba: Listen to me - I want Chelsea stay 13.03.09 | tribalfootball.com Didier Drogba insists he wants to stay at Chelsea. The striker was the subject of intense transfer speculation during the January window and with his contract due to expire in the summer of 2010, more frenzied talk of his departure is expected in the summer. But the striker, who has rekindled his striking prowess since Luiz Felipe Scolari's exit, is adamant he wants to remain part of the Chelsea set-up. Scolari axed Drogba after his woeful display in the 3-0 defeat by Manchester United at Old Trafford in January. But since Hiddink's arrival, Drogba has been a revelation. "The good thing is that I had the support of the players and people like Ray Wilkins were supporting me because I didn't deserved what happened later," Drogba told Chelsea TV. "But after that it's choices, and it's manager's choices, so what can I say. I've said before I'm staying. It's not because I had my knee problems and what happened with the manager, I just really wanted to make it clear again that I'm here. "Everything I have had since I've been here I can't forget, but the best is yet to come. I really want to do something that people will remember here with my mates. We did it before but we want to do it again and so we are working on it a lot." -

Roman: I will sign over all control of managment and players to you. Jose: Malouda will be gone? Roman: Ill have him packing in 5 mins Jose: you will never bring back Shevchenko?? Roman: Hahahahahahahahah.......... Jose: Goodbye Italy, Hello Champions league Trophy!
