He is a massive personality that will be missed in the dressing room, if it's true. His style on the pitch has lacked discipline in big games and he tends to lose his head when we are chasing games. For the price they are quoting, I'd say do it. I love David, he is actually one of my favourite players since he got here. Love the goal's he scored vs United and City at the bridge. Massive competitor, but if he want's to leave to take up a spot at Barca, good luck to him..

Post-season review - Chelsea 2013/14
gary gordon replied to BlueLion.'s topic in Matthew Harding Stand
We lacked a midfield leader and a decent finisher. Without those two, 3rd in the league and CL semi final, I'd say it's been a success. Our dominance in Europe is only not far away. -
The deflected goal by the biggest fuckwit to ever lace up a pair of boots really epitomizes our season. We need some massive changes. .
-
I do agree, but in the past we have tried to buy players off them that were actually in form. Spurs might be looking to cut their loses and move on. Paulinho has said he wants Chelsea, so I guess the balls in our court.

How funny is it that years ago, if we were linked with signing a current Brazilian midfielder, this place would be buzzing with excitement. Now, the pro's are out to have his head before he's even put pen to paper. He has obviously fallen out of favour with his current club, which is very common when the manager that signed him was sacked. I'm not saying this guy will be the next big thing, but I think he will surprise many. Imagine how pissed those fuckwits would be if we got him cheap and he turned out to be awesome?

Didi is a once in a lifetime striker. As a person and as a player, there was nobody like him. He can never be replaced unfortunately.
-
It's getting really easy to determine the plastics from the genuine supporters here.. Real easy...
-
RDM chose nothing. He was an errand boy following orders and was given no hope in hell of managing Chelsea FC. His job was over before it even started. The way we treated him and the way some fans still treat him is atrocious. The man is a legend in my opinion.

Don't forget, we still had Drogba, Malouda in form, Lampard, Ash and Terry IMO in their peak and Anelka who was very underrated at Chelsea. The current team is way weaker then the one that was given to Carlo and AVB. Let's not forget how well we started 2010-2011. We were knocking in goals for fun. It all went downhill the second Ray Wilkins got sacked. I honestly think Carlo inherited the strongest Chelsea team ever and then AVB fucked it up. Then came Liverpool's secret Agent Benitez who talked us into selling them Sturridge. We've had some real fucking morons at the helm for years and now that we have the best manager in the world, idiot's are still complaining. Give me one striker like Didi and we win everything this season.

I hope Jose never leaves. Anybody who complains about his defensive game plan has to consider that our attack hasn't been good since Carlo left. I think Jose is thinking long term dominance. I'm sure he's going for a "need to learn how to crawl before you walk" approach with this team, trying to get the defensive aspect right, and then find players who can compliment that with quick, direct and swift attack. Jose, at the beginning of his term said that this is a rebuilding season and not to expect much. If any other manager in the world said that and then got their team to 3rd in the domestic league and the semi final of the greatest football competition in the world, he would either have been offered a new, long term contract or he'd be bought by Man city. Jose has been given a relatively uneven team to work with. On one side we have the English contingent who consist of experience and strength, but lack youth, speed and style. We have the Brazil boys who have speed, style and fitness but lack consistency and discipline. We have Torres who only seems to score in games we lose, Eto'o who couldn't buy a goal away from home, Ba who would be brilliant if he played with another striker, so technically doesn't fit our system, Shurlle, a player that i think has massive potential but played this season more like a cover player for the other guys on the team who were slacking off and Eden Hazard, who i think has only reached 50% of his actual potential. Jose can be blamed for fucking up in a few games, but no manager in the world is perfect. Let's not forget only two season ago, Sir Alex bottled the title with only 4 games to go. It was in the bag and his player's let him down. Our players have let us down this year. Not Jose.. I would sell the entire team and keep Jose if that's what he wanted. Keep the faith boys..

Who's debating? Please Re read my post before you cause yourself to have a hernia.

People have the same affection for Torres as they had with Shevchenko. We want them to re find their form and play like the players we once admired but could never support because they were the enemy. I think that's why people always cheered louder when Sheva or Torres would score because after years of admiring them, we could finally call them ours. That's my thought anyway.

You do realize a player has to agree to the transfer? Nobody wants to pay his salary. If the club could have fucked him off years ago, they would have. He's only staying because we are the only ones stupid enough to pay him what he's getting.

Palace doing everything they can to gift Liverpool the title. I think I've found my new most hated team. Fucking mutts
-
Not only are we dictating who wins the league, we are also helping every team in relegation. We are such a kind Club. .
-
Fuck this shit. Can't believe I gave up 3 hours sleep for that. I'd rather watch my parents root.
-
Great news! He and Eto can go shopping together..
-
I won't be sleeping tonight. Way too nervous about these big games. This is what It's all about though. Those big European nights at the bridge. Can't wait!
-
I think it's just an amazing achievment that the team which last year won the Europa League, are now one win away from the Chmapions league final for the second time in three years. You can't write this stuff..We really do have the best manager in the world.

I can't sleep and i gotta be up in 3 hours..

I'd like to see Ramires sold tbh. He has 1 good game for every 10 average ones. If there is some interest and we can get some decent coin, I'd be happy to get somebody else.

Is Chelsea The Most Hated Club In Europe?
gary gordon replied to Spike's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
We are easily the most hated team in the world. Not just Europe. We've have Roman, Jose, "Fat Frank", John Terry, "Cashly Cole" and Didier Drogba at the head of our succes for 10 years. Even though DD cleaned up his act, he was despised by everybody. I've loved wearing my Chelsea shirts everywhere. It's like i love pissing people off
