Does anybody else just feel safer with Jose around? It just seems no matter how bad things get, we can look toward the bench and still smile. I absolutely hated seeing Rafa wearing our crest. I actually can't believe that doubters of Jose even exist. I cried when we lifted title in 05, cried when he got sacked and I cried again when he came home. He is the most unbelievable manager I've ever seen. Fergie would have retired 4 years ago if Jose was still around and that's a fact! He had nothing on Jose! Big Phil was a good manager but I feel it was a case "lost in translation" mixed with player unrest over Mourinho, Drogba being injured and whatever else happens when you try to manage Chelsea a different way then they're use to.

There is no doubt there will be player movement in January. Jose is not happy with the squad and plans to adjust it to suit his style of play. Kevin should be given a bigger chance but should always take it with both hands. I feel he holds back when playing for Chelsea. Playing for us seems very overwhelming for the young lad. Once he sorts out his confidence, he will play a lot better.

A trip Tyneside is always a hard game for us. Add the bad weather, three games in 6 days and the fact that Newcastle were coming off a loss to their bitter rivals.
