Malouda, will not Play RW ever, so Hulk not coming means nothing really for malouda, except instead of being 6th choice, he is now 5th choice... Still won't really matter..

Why Ramires at RW/RAM? Seen him there many times and it definately isn't his best spot.... Would rather: Mata Oscar Hazard Lampard Mikel And i expect him to start, because the alternative is Ramires at CAM or someone like Raul Merieles... Unless we Buy Hulk or someone else then i think he will be in there...

Really doubt we will play that.. Will probably work vs Brighton, but i doubt would be great in the prem... I highly expect just another 4-2-3-1...

He can have lukaku on loan... That would give him guarenteed first team football, and should give him a world of confidence...

I don't know now... 3 weeks ago i would have bit your hand off for hulk at 32 mil... But now i am not so sure... He is a great player, his record at porto says a lot, but the portugese league is not as good as many of the other league especially the prem... One of his main appeals, is he fills a role we have struggled filling for a few years whilst providing a useful backup to torres, as our 3rd striker (Assuming Lukaku goes out on loan), however 32 mil for a 26 year old who has performed amazing for porto yet recently hasn't shown a lot seems a bit much considering the new signings we have and the fact it woulf be anothe rattacking midfielder that is not cheap... I say, if they are willing to lower thier expectation then perhaps put in a tempting bid slightly less that 32 mil, and see what happens, as atm there doesn't seem to be as much external interest as perhaps was said in the early stages...

Don't particularly want adebayor, as others have stated in other threads someone like Dzecko would make for a good 2nd choice striker, though i doubt he would be sold for cheap, or Demba Ba, which i have said many times, though doesn't look like its even on our raydar... Could even be Moses, if we can agree, or more specifically Whelan can agree and not be a dick...

I don't think it will be Hulk, and the fact there isn't much news about lewandowski makes me think it might not be him either... Could be an example of where we scurry around towards the end of the season trying to find a third striker.

Parasite a bit harsh tbf, he won't have a big role to play with the number of players we have but could do a job for us, however small, and if he ends up leaving then thats fine as well...

I personally don't think it will happen, with all our new signings we don't want him as much as we did before, and added to the fact Porto won't be reasonable for price will mean to buy him we will have to pay over the odds, which our board should see is unecessary and not needed at this point.

I think the big thing is brighton, will be up for this game, and probably in many ways want to win this more than us to gain more publicity and to beat the european champions... As i have said before, i expect a win, but providing we put in a good performance which shows some progression from the previous games then i am happy with that...

I think if sturridge is given a chance he can do us a job... He may be a bit greedy though if we play one up front when he comes on he will be entitled to be a bit more... Torres obviously number one but DS is still a useful backup to have... And i hope he can have a good season, even if he doesn't get a lot of game time...

Really that formation... Heskey's better in a 4-4-1-1 tbh...

I think Lewandowski is a great player, and in many ways would prefer him to cavani, due to the fact that cavani is of a higher profile and looks likely to cost double... Lewandowski is also 2 years younger and i think is much better value and would be able to do a job for us for a long time... I say put in a take it or leave it 25 mil offer... That seems to be what he is worth, would give us 3 stikers assuming RL goes on loan, and would pretty much complete our team with the exception of a back up right back.

Lampards advancing was caused a lot by our innefectiveness in attack, with Raul meireles, Lukaku, and Ramires not doing too much, however when we get our full team back, i seriously doubt we will play a 4-1-4-1 formation... Against brighton, it may not matter, but imo we won't play it this season...

It was only an occasional 4-1-4-1 when lampard drifted forward, it was not an intentional 4-1-4-1, as that is far too open for us too play... Would work vs Brighton but probably get smashed by Man city.

Also if we set out properly, we may not really have RW problems any more... Hazard can play there, with the addition of Oscar to the squad and Mata coming back, those 3 for me can do the job atm, and can switch around... Mata's best position is not ther but can do it and Oscar has on occasions played there for brazil... Hazard Oscar Mata For me, meaning we just need a backup striker and RB...
