Well if we do buy Schurrle I can certainly see that happening, if that's where his future does lie then he needs to start there every game from now on, because we aint seen enough of him there to make judge him properly. I don't want to see him on the wing anymore

Don't worry I actually agree. I said a while back he needs to step up his game next season because despite a good debut season I still think his playing time can be limited if we buy another midfielder. The thing is our formation doesn't suit Oscar at all. He won't play ahead of Mata unless we rotate, and is not quite accomplished in the two holding roles. Unless we convert him to a winger or develop his play as a holding midfielder then I don't really see Oscar suiting Chelsea. I'd rather stick Luiz in holding midfield over Oscar. If we change to a 433 then that's a different matter.

Oscar was a bit of a weird signing tbh, considering the formation we have been trying to adapt to. Don't think he will start as much next season.

Is the hype going overboard now? Better than Muller, better than Hazard, better than Lampard... I'll believe the hype if he plays in a Chelsea shirt next season ahead of Oscar and Moses, but I can't see that happening.

It's getting fucking ridiculous now. Roy was never the right man to do this job, he's somehow managed to get England playing like a bunch of sloths and insists that half the team is full of United players. Drop Rooney for a start. This is why I don't want him at Chelsea, he is not world class anymore and does absolutely nothing for England. The thing is England haven't got a clue what to do with the ball or who to pass to next. No understanding between the players. Pick a fucking squad that matches a certain tactic and get them playing together over and over, and stop switching people in and out willy nilly, you can't expect subs just to come on and read the game like a god when he hasn't even played with the lot already out there. I love England and all the rest of it but im getting sick of watching this team. Filled with mediocrity and banking on over-performances from players like Jones and Cleverly (fucking Cleverly!!) from their respective clubs. All this 'we want to win' bollox from before the game, yeah right. In front of a crowd of 80,000 and Hodgeson and co managed to make a complete ass out of themselves. I'm certain we will qualify for the World Cup but some serious shit needs to be sorted out before then, and god help us if we don't. Rant for the day over.

We have great talent coming through the Academy, and great talent being bought every transfer window. I don't know what the issue is really, I mean it's not like Mourniho will just ignore that Lukaku scored 17 goals or KDB doing immense for werder and for his country. Their football will do the talking in pre season and whatever squad we end up with after that i'm pretty sure we will be competing at every level. Still also means we shouldn't shy away from making purchases like Cavani or Modric etc.

I hope spain hasn't sucked some of the life out of Mourinho that he had when he was with us, hope he is still as he always was

Cech has become a complete professional though. Won everything there is in club football and has the experience of big matches in the most unlikeliness of odds. Ofc we are all sentimental towards Cech, but he is a world class keeper that I wouldn't trade in just yet. Courtois should get 1, possibly 2 more years (hopefully at a PL club too) on loan and then come back to train with Chelsea.
