Surprised no-one mentioned him after his yesteday´s performance.I thought he was superb.Really got goosebumps when he sprinted after the ball over almost the whole pitch. His determination is just awesome!
He might not have his best season but I can't understand the people who call for his head and want him out of the club.Altough in this form he shouldn't be in our starting XI (doesn't speak for our quality in DM does it?) I think he would be a very good squad player and could put a good shift in against better sides, away from home in particular. There are other players in our team that we need to get rid of before Ramires.
On the 18th of April in 2012 we won against Barcelona 1-0 at Stamford Bridge.A magical night, which meant that we would have a good result for the second leg in Spain. The energetic run from Ramires and the following pass to the bad marked Drogba was the only goal on this night. After this win it was the first time I thought we could win the UCL.I was really excited, because since 2009 I started to really hate Barcelona with their divers, referees,Cesc, and their f...... 'mes que un club' bullshit.Couldn't be any better on this night, haha!
I meant he won us the games with his goals, not with his one-man performances. The majority of this games were,as you said, collective efforts, but in these matches he often scored the decisive goal.
On the other hand he saved our asses against Norwich,Sunderland,Hull,Fulham (all away) and Swansea,Liverpool (home) with great individual performances.
Awesome player.Always liked his personality on and off the pitch, but I wasn't impressed of his performances in 2012-2013.Very shaky then. Now I am happy again with him,as he is approaching world class level.Yesterday he again played with his whole heart.Future club Legend.
Hope after his first goal since January he gets step after step more decisive. We need him to do that, because Oscar is still too young to play consistent week in week out and the team should have another game-changer apart from Hazard.
