For some reason I keep reading stupid childish arguments in threads that is off topic. It's quite annoying to have to sift through a few pages of nonsense to find good posts by decent posters so often nowadays. I read things from Koscielny being the best cb in the league to petty arguments about watching chelsea games in low resolutions to mata and oscar comparisons. Goodness sake. On Khedira: I think we should only go for him if Ramires leaves, he is a small upgrade to Ramires and is hardly worth it.

Will miss him, great professional who gave his all without complaints. Scored memorable goals, liverpool and PSG are the ones that will always be special to me. Thanks Demba, wish you all the success in Turkey.

I vote for Henrique, I like his posts which are different than what most think but it is not outrageous at all. It would be boring if everyone thinks the same- 26 replies

Forum Awards 2014 - 1 - Best Football Knowledge
Beepu replied to BlueLion.'s topic in Announcements & Support
The Skipper, not even a contest. He generally knows what he is talking about, doesn't put people down who might not be as informed or have different opinions. I sense no arrogance in his posts in which I find a rare quality nowadays. Madmax would be my 2nd choice.- 10 replies

They are obviously worried about FFP!
-
Would be my first choice for a CB signing.
-
Torres is an attacking player?!! Well I guess Zouma will enjoy chewing him up. Like this kid already, hope he gets decent amount of games.

If I remembered correctly your GF was an australian born asian who disliked asian things and the asian ways (which is superior of course..) So no you are not eligible!!!! This new category should only be for hardened asian people in terms of body mind and soul, for people who can't live without eating rice or pretty much anything they can lay their hands on, can't say no to a money making opportunity, martial arts masters, those who mix up their L's and R's, walking calculators, and in terms of looking like Jackie Chan in which I'm sure I do. I think I made myself pretty dang clear there. Sorry Spike.

May his soul rest in peace.

I would welcome the move but as you said, pinch of salt. Don't they still owe us money from Mutu, won't that somewhat lessen the fee?
-
I really want him to succeed here, I really do. But he has run his mouth way to many times and if he wants to leave then go. Offer him to Juve for Pogba or something, sheesh.
-
Can there be a "Best Asian/Rice Lover Member" category?? So at least your usual chinky resident here can win something
-
If he is not coming then Rodriguez would be my preferred choice.
-
Gladbach will be playing in the Europa league so hopefully Thorgan will get decent playing time and continue to grow. It is a challenging one for sure.
-
What a good move for him, wish him all the best. Definitely a step up from Jupiler and Zulte

How long is Wilmot's contract?
-
He has been bad this World Cup, but the whole team has been bad as well. He can't do it himself, especially when vertonghen doesn't overlap consistently enough. I did have high expectations of him before the tournament started so naturally I feel disappointed, but I really would encourage people to give him some slack since the whole team sucked. Even when he played badly he still were able to create chances in single moments, he just needs to do that consistently and it will come with age and experience.
-
Cmon atletico don't be a jerk, you had courtois for free the last 3 seasons.
-
Seeing him console James today was really great for me, it shows the human side of these so called rich football stars. He is a top top guy outside the field and as shown today, he can be relied on at the back and shows passion for the game. I will miss him for sure.
-
Ridiculous how supporters can write this guy off before he even put on a blue shirt. Come on guys, support our players and actually wish them a successful spell with Chelsea.
-
I find it so ridiculous how people fight so hard to be the 'right one' in an internet debate. Although it is still better then the nasty bickering and name calling that usually happens here, it is still quite impressive how people can go back and forth trying to be right. I do think Juventus is a big club but I do think clubs like Madrid, Barca, Chelsea, Bayern can easily lure their players away (in terms of convincing them to play for their club, whether through money or prestige) And although I can't see Pogba leaving this summer, I can see him leaving sooner rather than later. He is pretty raw as seen in today's game, young players will play less consistently than experienced players and it comes with the package. Any team willing to splash the cash for young players should keep this in mind.
-
Would be great if we somehow put in a buy back clause. I dont think he is ready for Chelsea yet but he will be soon enough. If not here then I am sure he will be an important player for another top side.

WOW, this kid is on a different planet. He has been amazing so far in this World Cup. He is wasted in ligue 1.
