  1. Do these articles consider SEO? Does SEO even matter for this forum, or is it not desired much? Usually controversial articles use key words so that the website will hang around the top Google results for a day or 2 to drive traffic. If you know how to do it there's no reason not to.
  2. are you trolling today? Kenedy at left-back, calling Emenalo Mike, to that picture you've got there. set an example mod.
  3. who the fuck is Mike. do you share tea?
  4. It is still a betrayal of sorts if he manages Utd IMO. I could only justify him going there if we had loads of "Jose out" banners and an obvious majority against him. But it's only a minority and a few people on the board who truly called for his head. If he manages United, he's using this sacking as an excuse, not justification.
  5. Pellegrini wouldn't manage us out of respect to City, at least not so soon IMO. He's smarter when it comes to PR.
  6. If you want Simeone here I presume you like your toast with nothing on it
  7. i can't believe even Watford are deploying him at left-back but you can't argue with goals
  8. Were people honestly expecting the board to allow Steve Holland to pick the entire XI?
  9. that was my only issue with him ever
  10. either he's inconsistent and needs to work harder on his game or he's fickle and needs to work harder on his professional attitude either way, such players aren't indispensable
  11. well when we did that, a few loud voices who were mods at the time convinced many that Emenalo and Mikel* were not shit, but in fact our saviours behind the scenes; the 2 real clogs keeping this piss-poorly oiled machine going. that was that. no more talk of Emenalo not being a misunderstood saint. *Don't ask me why they were somehow relevant to eachother just for being Nigerian, i've no clue. I say that to say a huge handful of people here know in their heart that Emenalo is a cancer to our system but they're quiet now
  12. I'd personally take Lucien Favre in this situation, short or long term. It's irrelevant how his last tenure came to an end. Bar him, nobody over the past few years to my knowledge has deployed the exact style we should be playing. If he did half for Hazard what he did for Reus, well, we'd at least have a consistent winger, or whatever those 2 players are.
  13. The biggest shock in all of this is the fact people are surprised. Surprised that it came to this, despite the amount of thoughtful posts detailing exactly how we were regressing rapidly last season despite those 1 and 2 nil wins thanks to Hazard. Things look bleak when the blue filter breaks.
  14. When we hired AVB, to get views on my Facebook football transfer page I completely made up that he was planning on developing our youngsters via loaning them to Rangers (the other admin on the page was a Rangers fan and thus most of our fans were; I wanted everyone to be excited.) I said this because it had been reported that AVB was friends with people at Rangers, nothing more.Over the next week, Yahoo news copied and pasted my post word for word, The Sun did the same with about 4 tweaks thrown in, and everyone was suddenly talking about that possibility. Now was it just an easy story to make up, thus a coincidence occurred, or did they actually copy me? I don't know. From that experience id say this is total bullshit, and it required less than 5 minutes to think up and even research the article written by whomever wrote it
  15. It's like a Granddad trying to relive his glory days by leading the family again, handling the finances, trying to prepare the young ones for their futures, while completely oblivious to the fact he's actually buying goldfish, not insurance, & he's putting the family in a hole. The family don't feel anger towards him though. He's just gone loopy. Time for a retirement home grandpa.
  16. I feel sad that Jose is evidently no longer a great manager, it's like if Messi started playing like Torres. I feel more sad about this than frustrated at how we're doing in general. It's hard to feel angry towards Jose, it feels like he as a family member has passed on
  17. in 2005 we could still win this
  18. 6 games. he's scored in 6 consecutive games. 6. he isn't touching Vardy's record. + Infographics could make Hitler look like Mother Theresa.
  19. theory absolutely blown to smithereens, i agree
  20. there's no other option but to hang him
  21. why 30m. seriously why. what has he done to justify that. what. who are we to pay that. why do we continue to be mugs.
  22. Ok that could be true. I was more-so trying to make the point though that just because you're considered to be on top, or the 'best' by some, doesn't mean that you produce something of high quality, nor does it mean you're entertaining. It just means the right people talk about you, or you're living off of glory years like in this instance. I ask this. Does Jose produce high quality? Do Jose's teams entertain? (In this decade, not the last decade.) And that's why i make the Bieber comparison. Both are considered to be top-tier in their fields, but neither of them have done anything innovative, awe-inspiring, inspiring in general actually, in a very long time. They're celebrities, and their names are bigger than their results. Bieber isn't a great singer, or songwriter, and Jose is now a greater celebrity than manager. It's like having a plain t shirt from Gucci that costs £400 (Jose) and thinking it's better just because of the label/price factors. Well guess what. Gucci is outdated now (Jose), and if you opened your eyes you'd find just as good a t shirt in the back of Asda somewhere that does everything you need it to do, without the pretentious label that comes with.
