  1. OR... let's just talk in theory here... MAYBE, I'm more INTO this website and Chelsea than you, live a completely different lifestyle, AND also access this site from my phone when out on the go, and therefore, post a lot. Again, just a theory. P.S. - That's an average of 16 posts a day. An average post for me takes around 20 seconds - 1 minute to write. So I'm spending maybe around 10 minutes a day writing posts on here.
  2. I think I've posted around 7 pictures. I have 166 posts. Yes, that MUST be half!
  3. Great game from Nando. Anyone noticed he's lost his injury proneness since joining us?
  4. El Nino's passing has been superb this game compared to when he's been with us this season. Much more power behind the passes and less dwelling. This Torres, with our new attack next season, wow. *Grabs tissues*
  5. Who got the assist? Mata or Monreal? I can't tell who it was.
  6. Torres looking sharp. Coulda had 2 by now.
  7. And another - http://www.firstrowsports.eu/watch/124969/9/watch-south-korea-vs-spain.html
  8. Here's a crappy, Spanish stream for the game: http://www.firstrowsports.eu/watch/124969/7/watch-south-korea-vs-spain.html
  9. Fantastic read about the 'real' Eden Hazard: http://soccernet.espn.go.com/columns/story/_/id/1082536/eden-hazard-is-chelsea-bound-for-the-right-reasons?cc=5739
  10. hey guys i was thinking. if we get guardiola i remember messi saying that hes like a dad to him so maybe messi would like to come too because he doesnt want to lose his parent. we would need a good transfer offer though so maybe we could give barcelona sturridge and maybe torres as well. also if messi came then i think xavi would be sad and would come too and replace lampard, then we could retain champions league.
  11. I'd also appreciate some German members giving us some info on him. All I've seen/heard is that he's a tall forward who doesn't score or assist much. I'm probably wrong though
  12. Frank Rijkaard >>> Guardiola. If Guardiola had taken the reigns at Barcelona when Rijkaard did and Rijkaard never managed Barcelona, I highly doubt they'd be anywhere near where they have been these past few seasons. Surely Rijkaard would like to swap the Saudi Arabian job for the Chelsea job.
  13. With the new kits, I believe we need a new website design (I mean the official Chelsea website, not this site.) It looks like some amateur fan designed it. The navigation is crap, the "Legends" section doesn't exactly feel prestigious or nostalgic, and it looks like everything has been made to fit on one page. As European Champions, we need a website which will catch the eyes of new fans, keep casual fans interested, and show that we mean business. Appearance means a lot. Here are 2 examples of other football websites which I believe ours should not be too dissimilar to - http://www.acmilan.com/en http://www.asroma.it/ We're champions, and it's time to start looking like it. As I often say and enjoy (sort of) doing, if anyone else gives a F, I'll try start up a petition.
  14. I'm not sure if people realise, and I could be completely wrong here, but I think I know why we're going after Hulk - 1st of all, Big Roman can afford it, so no worries there. We got over £100mil from the Champions League/Premier League last season. That, on top of his own money, means we're pretty good financially. Anyway, to my point - Last season, we had a starting 11 which most would agree was our 'strongest' team - and then we had bench/squad players to step in if one of our main XI players got injured. That's not good enough for European Champions. We have to have quality throughout the entire squad, so that if someone gets injured, it's not as big of a loss. It also means we can rotate players and keep everyone fresh as possible without lowering the strength of our line-up significantly. The reason for Hulk being brought in is simple IMO - Roman wants to continue the instant success and try for the Champions League again next season (hence splashing so much on Hulk), while also building towards the future with the likes of De Bruyne etc. Real Madrid have a top player in every position, goalkeeper aside, for example. That's what we need to truly be a top team. (I'm not trying to say that Hulk is the perfect option - I just think I understand what's going on in Roman's head.)
  15. That man is probably the most reliable there is on Twitter when it comes to Portugal and football from my experience. Hope he's telling the truth.
  16. We haven't had a proper attack minded team in decades. We've only ever been defensive or counter-attacking. I can't explain my levels of excitement right now for next season.
  17. Sell Mikel for £10-20mil (depends who's willing to buy). Sign Diame for free. Rotate Diame and Romeu. Sorted.
