In intense Derbies like this or rivalries in general I believe teams shouldn't switch sides at half-time. The away side should play on the side of the away fans for the whole match. I say this because Courtois can be literally stranded in front of abusive Real Madrid fans for half a game and have loads of stuff thrown at him while play is happening up-field, as could any other keeper. Someone submit this to the FA or something

Instead of paying an obscene amount for Ronaldo, why not go for a player not being used properly by Madrid at all who actually offers a lot more than Ronaldo did at the same age? He'd also cost peanuts in comparison. Mourinho not using Jese is apparently a huge reason as to why fans turned their back on him. So maybe it wouldn't make sense if Jose is our next manager, but anyway:-

Seb isn't God. He's not the next Mourinho combined with SaF, with all respect to him. His view on Mikel is his opinion and shouldn't be passed around like it's fact. I remember him saying Torres was a key player, Ramires was one of our best passers and that Cahill would be a disastrous signing.

I can't describe how frustrated I'd be seeing him at Tottenham or Arsenal. I really can't. We're his boyhood club. At his young age he's already one of the Premier League's best full-backs. He is the only player in the world I want to see succeed Ashley Cole.

I feel like, despite being exclusively used on the wing as an inside forward, he'll never fulfil his potential unless he either works on his first-touch & passing and adapts to a second-striker role in a 4-4-2 sort of formation or works on his finishing and becomes a counter-attacking poacher type striker like the old Torres. Regardless, it may be a little difficult due to his height. That said, Messi's the same height as him.
