I started to support Chelsea in 2003. I was 10 years old and we didn't have internet connection at home but a Hungarian television channel broadcasted a few Premier League matches every week and I really liked it but I wanted a team to support. One day I read an article: a Russian billionare purchased Chelsea. For some reason I found it very interesting and I decided to support them. I have watched almost every match since then, I cried when we lost our CL semi-final against Monaco and Liverpool and when Anelka missed that penalty in Moscow. I've been loving the club for eleven years now. Terry and Lampard were the only players that belonged to this club from the beginning. Not gonna lie, it hurts to see him leave.. There are so many memories of him: his double against Bolton and Bayern, his goal in the CL final in Moscow, his four-pack against Derby, the emotional penalty against Liverpool, the double against Villa last year and so on and so on.. He scored so many memorable goals I could watch them for hours. Cole has signed for As Roma after 8 years, Cech could leave after a decade and Terry is likely to retire in 1-2 seasons so it's a little tough to be a Chelsea supporter right now. I am sad I can't see Lamps in Hungary next month but I am also lucky because I've seen him play two times. Good luck in NY, I hope he returns to London in a few years.

Young players like him can get over injuries more often.. Azpi had a serious knee injury when he played for Marseille and he is great now. Jovetic suffered two injuries to his cruciate ligament before he turned 22 but later he was outstanding in Italy. Let's just hope the best. Wulfert worked very hard to come back, he seems to be a big fighter.

You are right but playing 90 minutes in the Bundesliga week-by-week is more benefitial for him than being our 4th choice CB. Not to mention that the frenchman is Mourinho's signing, they talked on the phone and he convinced Zouma to join us. Kalas was already our player. It's possible that José doesn't want him and we only loaned him out to make his price higher.

It would be a bad decision in my opinion. A top team need to have a charismatic nr1 who controls the defenders. I remember when we signed Cech in 2004.. Most people didn't know who he was and no one thought that Cudicini would be benched but Mourinho gave the chance for that 22 years old goalkeeper and he broke a lot of records in his first year. I think he José should do the same now... Many goalkeepers play in the highest level at the age of 36-40, but Cech has suffered so many injuries: head, knee, shoulder, ankle.. To be honest he is not as good as he was a few years ago. Courtois is 22 and has already won so much trophies.. He is the best young goalkeeper in the world. We need that change. Cech has won everything with Chelsea, we need fresh young faces now. It's painful to think about get rid of him especially after Lamps and Cole left us but I think this is the right choice. We need to thank Petr the last 10 years and go on building a new young team.

I don't really want to read the last two-three pages but what are we talking about? 1. Salah is religious. So what? 2. His performance against RZ was very very poor. My eyes hurted every time he touched the ball. He signed for Chelsea at the age of 21, no one can(nor want to) change him. Ramadan or not, he has to improve and play better, If he keeps peforming like that we will get rid of him but it has nothing to do with his religion or nationality. He seem to be a very nice guy so I hope he will do better, I don't want Chelsea to sell him.

They will play a lot during the season but we won't see Brown, Solanke or Christensen in the first team. Enjoy it!

To be fair he was an outstanding talent and performed amazingly in Werder. The injuries ruined his carreer, but I still remember what a player he was. Check some videos, he made a fool of the best Bundesliga defenders many times.

Why? They traveled with the squad and trained together.. One of the most important things in the preseason is to help the new players find their place in the team. We have nothing to loose. I'm sure they will all play.
