  1. It's not boring for Europeans, EC-qualifiers are important. I miss the Premier League though.
  2. Fair point but still ridiculous that half of the players are 22 and 23. U21 - it's in the name. They should organise a shorter qualification system or limit the number of overage players. Or at least rename the whole thing because it's pointless to call it U21. Make it A21 - around 21
  3. Obviously I didn't mean Spurs is one of the worst team in the league, but we are 14(+3) points ahead them and have players like Fábregas and Hazard. I would say it's better to be a striker at Chelsea.
  4. To be fair, Kane has scored 19 goals for a pretty shit team while Costa has played for the very best. I think this is important too.
  5. I understand it but I think it's very very strange to play the role of your dead brother so they can CGI can his face on yours..
  6. What do you guys think about this? I find this sick.. Was it really that important to make a SEVENTH Fast movie after Paul Walker died? They should have finished it anyway but this is just ridiculous..
  7. Why is England U21 squad loaded with overage players? Bettinelli, Moore, Keane, Gibson and Lingard are 22, Wilson, Ings and Jenkinson are 23 It's ridiculous. Anyway, they are playing against Germany U21 tonight. The German squad is pretty strong: Ter Stegen, Ginter, Can, Gnabry, Meyer, Knoche, etc.. Unfortunately Bamford is our only player to watch but it should be a good match.
  8. I think it was going to happen even if we didn't lose against Spurs. Cahill and Terry played crazy amount of matches in December, they obviously got tired. Zouma played five full games in January: three alongside JT and two with Cahill. I think it was because those two needed an easy January, not because we had one bad game against Spurs.
  9. Any Greek TC-member watching our match? It's been pretty good so far, both teams can win.
  10. If the beast destroyed a whole city I would not able to stop it. We should just take our time and beat the shit out of Liverpool for the last time
  11. Well - to speak a little serious - we have already done that multiple times. I just keeped on living my life when New Orleans was destroyed, when planes were crashed into the World Trade Center or when 200,000 people died in South Asia in 2004. A giant monster sounds extreme but I guess we would just live our lives like before.
  12. I have a better question. Why do giant monsters hate NY? Godzilla, King Kong, Cloverfield, Marshmallow Man. It's always New York. Why don't they never destroy Johannesburg? Or Ukraine? Or anything else. Also, I'm pretty sure there would be Premier League if NY were destroyed. Lampard would stay in Manchester City though.
  13. He is very young man, he probably needed a little time to adapt. Also, he is not a world class player nor a big money buy, there was no reason to make him a starter immediately. This is a process. Zouma is becoming stronger and better, hopefully he'll be a regular in a year or two.
  14. Fair point but I don't think Mourinho's decision is based on one single game. Zouma probably had to catch the rhythm in the first few months. His six games in the CL/COC and his 45 minutes against Spurs showed that he is ready to feature more. Mourinho must love his attitude and his training work too. Zouma proved that a young player's fight for his spot could be succesful.
  15. I'm not sure if it's a good idea. Mikel sits on the bench a lot and he is experienced enough to play in any game. He played more than 330 matches for Chelsea. Aké has played about ten games in professional football, most of them were cameos. I think he needs at least one season with regular playing time.
  16. I know I've already answered your comment but I was browsing statistics and something came to my mind: Zouma has played 714 minutes(around 8 matches) in his 20 appearances - so he played easily less than Rémy. Still, I don't think it has been a wasted season for him. He seems to become more confident each time he plays. Last summer most of us were not even sure if he stays at Chelsea but now he is a reliable squad member and next season he's probably going to play more. I just hope the same thing can happen to Bamford.
  17. You are right but that's not what you said in your previous comment Also, Aké is still very young and can prove his talent on loan. Hopefully we'll find him a team that suits him for next season.
  18. So we should sell Courtois, Cahill, Ivanovic, Zouma and Azpilicueta? Aké's situation is annoying but we have some cheap and good quality players.
  19. I think they will extend the loan if it turns to be succesful. I doubt he'd come back if he became a starter.
  20. Ryan has been called up to the national team as Baines got injured. England will play against Italy on Tuesday.
  21. Montenegro - Russia was called of yesterday because two Russian players were hit with firework. Jovetic's comment: "It seems like the Russians waited for the smallest thing to happen so they can tell the referee." What a jerk How can he say such a stupid thing?
  22. Actually our 3rd choice striker played more minutes than our 2nd. We'll see but I find signings like Drogba and Adebayor pointless.
  23. I checked, Rémy has played about 900 minutes. I'm not sure if it would be such a tragedy for a young man to play that much for Chelsea. New level of football, new competititons, much better teammates, he could improve a lot in a season. Mourinho is reportedly not a fan of Lukaku but Bamford almost became a squad member last summer. We'll see. I hope the club will find the best solution for him.
