I love the home kit, it's awesome. I don't know why is everyone obsessed with the white one though.. We've already had an away kit almost exactly like that.

It's pretty humiliating, especially in women football. They've been trying so hard to be taken seriously and now the world will laugh about this.

This was awesome Blackburns goallie almost scored a goal against Liverpool Their coach's reaction is priceless. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wb5JLRL_Lao

Damn, Hummels didn't even play last night. I just watched the video and I thought it was him. Sorry everyone!

I didn't write about Cesc because I can't see Mourinho dropping him, I think we'll sign someone next to him not to replace him.

Obviously I didn't mean that Koke is weak, but Hazard and David Silva are strong too. My point is that 4-3-3 would be more effective with two huge ass midfielders(Matic and Pogba/Andre Gomes). With Koke and Fábregas in 4-3-3 we'd have too many small(under 180) players in the team. Of course that shouldn't be necesseraly bad - Barcelona dominated world's football with many small players in their team - but it's not Chelsea-style. During Mourinho's first era we were kicking asses and dominating midfiled with power, that's what I expect now. Gomes(188) and Pogba(188) are very good at headers, which is useful by corners and free kicks. Pogba with Matic and a creative player would be perfect. I know we had small midfielders like Essien and Makelele, but Koke is obviously not a DM. Fábregas, Koke, Hazard and Willian in the same 11 would not be stable enough. I don't have any problem with Koke but I would only like to see him behind the striker.
-
We are discussing if Koke would fit in or not. In the future. How on earth could I prove it? This conversation is theoretical, I don't know what kind of proof you expect. I've watched Atleti a lot recently and I just can't see that he would solve our problems. De Bruyne, Salah or Mata are all talented as hell but we failed to take advantage of it. Oscar is also underperforming here and I think Koke might have the same issue. By powerful I mean a big, strong midfielder like Ballack or Lampard. 4-3-3 with Fábregas and Koke in the midfield would be pretty weak, but having Matic + Gomes/Pogba + one smaller creative man(Fábregas) would be awesome.
-
Damn, why are you so passive agressive? We are just talking about football, don't take my word as offense. I think Koke would have the same problems here: he wouldn't get enough creative freedom. Oscar and Willian have problems with this. That's why I think we should sign a powerful CM instead. This is my opinion, my point of view. Of course you can disagree but please answer in a more "friendly" way, it's not war.
-
I'm trying to stay objective. I never said Oscar was better nor he is a world class, but I think it's ridiculous to say that Koke is worth 2-3 times much as him or Koke is 100 times better than him They are both great.
-
Why? Because my opinion is different yours? Atleti works well as a team but I don't think Turan THAT great. Koke is outstanding, very talented, but I'm not sure if he'd fit in. I think we should rahter buy a CM(Pogba or Gomes) and switch to 4-3-3.
-
I think you underestimate our players. Turan 100 times better that Willian? The grass is greener on the other side of the fence.
-
He is underperforming at Chelsea, even if he is in a good form. I think he is not able to do his best here. And Koke was so great in the CL-final? When Real started to attack he became anonymus.
-
I just think Mourinho's tactic doesn't suit him. Is that so illogical?
-
I'm not sure if Koke would be so amazing in Mourinho's bus parking system. Also, I think Oscar would be great at Atleti or any team that let him play.
-
Koke doesn't worth twice as much as Oscar. 20 million would be ridiculous for him. We selled Lukaku, Schürrle, Mata or De Bruyne for more money.
-
That's right, we usually attack in 4-2-3-1 and defend in 4-3-3. My point is that Gomes is a more defensive player than Oscar, who is a constant threat, so if we make this change we could be more stable but less dangerous, especially against small teams that park the bus against us.
-
They are different type of players. Gomes is very talented but he is definetly not the man to play behind the striker. Nuno tried him there a few times but it's not his real position. He'd play in the pivot or we'd change to 4-3-3 if we signed him.
-
I do. He plays in the League Two now altough he was very promising.
-
That's something that Spurs fans would say

Of course I remember him I followed the reserves team back then. Sahar, Cork, Stoch, Di Santo, Sinclair and Hutchinson were all born in '89, they played toghether, I thought they would make it here. Israel started the qualifications pretty well(I know the opponents were not that strong), I hope they apply themselves. I expect a great game.
-
Israel - Belgium It's gonna be awesome, Belgium must win. Hazard is starting, so is Courtois and De Bruyne. Ben Haim and Sahar are playing too.
-
It's hard to tell which team would have deserved to win. Greek were dominating, posessing the ball. Also, they were playing a lot in our third of the pitch but didn't have big chances. We were poor but we had some great oppurtunities to score, especially in the 88th minute, our striker missed the goal from 4-5 meters. None of the the teams can be satisfied in my opinion, we both needed 3 points. Did you hear about this? It's pretty sad: http://sports.yahoo.com/news/3-greek-soccer-players-slightly-hurt-hungary-taxi-131113807--sow.html

I understand the qualifier are not that exiting for German people, you always finish first It's a huge fight for us so I like it. Also, Israel - Belgium may worth a watch tonight.
