When maresca took over last year, on the US trip, every game involved pressing high up........worked great & we were scoring goals... even knunku looked great... Prem season starts & we give up more or less on pressing high up.... Winning but struggling in games but by Christmas we totally gave up on it......was it so we could master the art of passing in defense??.. somehow we got to 2 finals & qualifying for champ lge just.... Played last night pressing high up all game virtually & looked & were world beaters.....can we stick to this plan next season........if we can make psg look poor then we must have been doing right......plan B can be passing round the back....
