Well absolutely no contact, but what I mean is stepovers are not enough to win you penalties. You must always be ready to go 'a la Busquets'. -

Where will you be during the Champions League Final?

On the 19 of may, a good friend of mine throws his 18 birthday party. I am definately going but I warned him that I am watching the game until midnight. If we win this thing I'll go soooo fucking mental. I just hope that if we lose I'll still have my party mood, but I highly doubt it. -
Falcao wont leave Atletico next season. Also, they still have a slim chance to play Champions League football next year.

I know I shouldnt care about this game, but just take a look at their four goals and our 2 woodworks. It could have been different. However, the match easily could have ended 6-0 to Liverpool, so ...

What the fuck was wrong with the pitch??

I suppose Torres will receive a hell of a lot of abuse at Anfield tonight. Hope he responds well. Also, it would be interesting whether he'll celebrate a goal. Scoring in front of the Kop, that would be pure epicness.

Tomorrow we go in for the kill!!

RDM is great at rotation, so we'll win tomorrow without using everyone who's likely to start in the CL final. We have somewhat of a chance to finish in top 4 and we should take advantage of it. Going to Munich, already assured CL for next season will relieve the pressure from us.

I am afraid that after the great results under his management, we can easily get disappointed next season. And I don't want to see fans who are now admiring him for his work and later will criticize him and want him out of the club.

Torres was great for us in the FA cup, and it's a pitty he didn't get an appearance in the final. He'll have his magic moments in Munich, don't worry.

If Tottenham and Newcastle both loose, will we take this one seriously?
-
No way, when he's an old man he'll have a legend status in Liverpool. Yes, trophies are important, but the love and support of the fans is what truly matters to a player. Luckily, Lampard has the silverware and definitely has the affection of the people.

They are BOTH world class. Amazing players and great leaders on the pitch. But the main difference between them is the team they are playing for.

Just enjoy!

Yo yo guys it's 106 on the TOEFL and I needed 80. Sorry, I just had to brag about it, looks like I may have some future When we lift the FA cup tonight it will be the end of a perfect day! Thanks for the confidence @capriccioso and @Kezza!

Let him play as a striker at Anfield, and we'll see whether the problem is in the position or in the player

He wont be cheap either. If he's picked for the Euros, I am sure his price will raise even more.

Is it Time to Start Drogba and Torres Together?
Nando replied to Justin_3d's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
We can try it in the league games, but I think that with the current formation Torres will not be useful on the wing. Especially if the opposition plays with 10 men behind the ball. Surprisingly, (to me at least) Fernando has become one of the best crossers in our team, but what concerns me is whether he'll be able to help the RB. Whenever I watch him playing on the wing, it just seems wrong to me, he looks disorientated and out of position. He doesn't have the habits of a winger, because it is not his natural position. That's just how I see it. So, if Drogba and Torres play together I would go for: -Mata- -Torres----------Drogba- Drogba as a target man. He wins the first ball and keeps it. Torres going back to help the mids with the build up play, and when attacking just looking for the channels and making his runs. I know we've tried this and it's been frustrating to watch them play together in the center, but now they'are both in form and I hope they can benefit the team. Playing one of them wide is a waste for me. -
The result leaves us with two meaningless games in the league. Liverpool and Blackburn. Rest some key players, give a chance to the young lads in the team and even try a different formation. We'll be fully fit and prepared for Munich, that's for sure.

This match will be a defining moment for our season. Going to Munich with a trophy will be a great advantage for us. When a player has already won a final in the season, he has the belief and the mentality to go out there and win another one.
