Even though he could and probably should have passed to Navas. Since the miss, logically the confidence goes all the way down. I think it really depends on the manager whether Lukaku is going to stay next season, or go on loan. But as he is so young, right now he really needs regular playing time. I hope he can find these minutes at Chelsea.

Both Negredo and Soldado ended badly the season. But I think Soldado deserved it far more than Negredo. When he re-debuted for Spain a couple of months ago, and scored a hattrick in 45 minutes, I really feared Torres would miss the Euros. I also feel for Adrian, because he looked like a good replacement for Villa, yesterday against Serbia. However, Del Bosque knows what he's doing. Maybe Llorente is the first choice for Spain now.
