But we dont even have attacking midfield fixed. Mata, Oscar and Kdb will never play together but they are all very good. Plenty of quality strikers but we dont have them positioned. Only Hazard has 'cemented' position at RW. Speaking about out deep midfield, its terrible though. Also, with shit striker like Torres, Ba who cant finish and Lukaku who might not reach what people demand in first season, who will score goals given by defenders? Mate, both Barca and Real dont have pure striker at the moment, they got destroyed in CL. Having prolific striker is sometimes enough to win biggest titles.

Dont pay 60mio for Cavani, I never said we should (unless we realy want PL title; as Mata said so), but find a striker for reasonable price who is also good. Sticking to Ba and Torres (I see no problem in lukaku, but he aint the big game player yet) could back fire again. We have shit strike force for years now (even Drogba wasnt THAT unstopable in last years). It would be nice to see someone who will score goals all year and bring important points to team for a change (doesnt have to be expensive).

Im sure that Mou will tell in press that if there will be absolutely no chance to sign Rooney, he will say it. We brought lot of squad players to extend our bench. That is hardly making our starting 11 more quality. We might now have quality replacement for Mata in Kdb or whoever, but that wont fix shit midfield we have with Lamps, Mikel, Ginkel, Rambo and Essien. Neither of them is high quality at the moment or capable of leading midfield all season. We can believe in them, but we did so with Torres last year aswell... So far we brought players for future and the ones to extend bench. As goes for starters, we havent done one thing. I think you overrate the capabilities of Ginkel or Lukaku if you think that they will lead way in CL games or against City...hope im wrong though.

Gundogan is class though. 22yrs old and still getting better. Better player than Alonso or DDR at club level this season.

City is buying strikers like mad... I dont understand why dont we buy someone, as we shouldnt rely on torres (out of form), Ba (not good enough) or Lukaku (unexperienced). With good striker, we could win league, giving chance to players we already have is good (Lukaku, Torres), but we have been saying that shit for past 3 seasons...

We have to wait and see new City and our players play in PL. Then we can tell who made better deals...could happen that Navas, Fernandinho etc will flop or Negredo scores 25 goals.. Like us, City's biggest signing is Pelegrini, not players. Realisticaly we dont have team to win PL next year, but we are building squad for next 5-10 years. I think City will fear us in couple seasons more than we fear them now. So far we brought quantity, but no Quality and exprience. Get Rooney and DDR and we start dancing.

Saying that after all the Torres BS in recent years, this realy pisses me off.
