Should Bayern sign Lewa, there will be Mandzukic available for decent price I think. Pep just said that Mandzukic is best striker in the world, could mean something. Anyway Mandzukic was playing brilliant last season and this aswell, would probably fit here also. Would cost around 20/25mio...Thoughts?

I dont like to retire numbers but if there is one player I would do is Franks #8. We wont have such consistent, home grown player for next 50 years. Players like Frank are not born every day. His commitment to our club, his personality and achievments definately point to at least think about retiring #8. Its big number, but he is also a big player that deserves some kind of memorial.

I wish they suceed, but at Chelsea, conditions for talents are terrible, last who was brought from academy was Terry...I honestly wouldnt put too much hope on these kids...they will need play time to evolve and there is no chance that they will get it among all the players we buy every year. Well on other hand Toure realy does little when it comes to actual defensive duties. Same goes for Song. Song was suposed to be Arsenals DM but he spent more time in attack, rather in defence. Toure aswell. But yeah we both have different look on what complete midfielder is so let just leave it

By that I meant --AM(oscar)---(B2B)Rambo-- ---------CM/DM(?)--------- In this case, I didnt contradict myself. Oscar is AM (similar to CAM), in 3 man midfield, but we need to buy a CM (something Koke isnt and probably wont be). All in all, we need a player who can play along Ramires in double pivot or DM in 4:3:3. That my friend, koke isnt. He cant put defensive shift and stay back along Ramires who likes to bomb forward. Neither can Oscar. But Oscar is best at CAM or in AM role of the 4:3:3. Kapis?

He was superb at setting and orienting the game aswell. Brought balance to team. He did it at Real and later Chelsea. We didnt have as complete CM as Maka was since he left. He might not be the guy who made the 30m pass ala Pirlo or Xavi or roam forward like Yaya does but collected the ball (hence why he didnt roam forward; to keep himself in position and retrieve the ball from opponent) and the calm down the play and passed ball to offensive players. His role was extremely underrated, but he was key in most of sides he played for. France, Chelsea, Real you name it. He wasnt flashy but a hard worker who made the start of most attacks in deep midfield.

We will need some english players soon after Lamps, Cole and Terry retire. There is 1% chance we get someone ala Rooney or Wilshere while Barkley realy isnt required as we have Oscar and Mata, but Mou might see something in him. Cant find any more good english players right now, except for Sturridge who obviously wont join us in near future. So Shaw is one of very few or maybe even only english player atm that is required in the squad and has talent and skill to make LB position his own. It would be ridiculous/sad to see our first 11 in next years without single englishman.

CM in pivot is different from CM in three man midfield. Should Koke play for us it would be Oscar Koke-Ramires A no-go. Koke is same type of player as Oscar, but neither can play in double pivot. Now why the fuck you want koke if we already have Oscar?l

I would have him over any CM/DM nowdays. He was master tackler, tactician and also controled game from deep. What else to say?

He created over 400 goal chances since 2008, more than any other player in PL. I guess we had a lot of corner kicks and free kicks then

Not controling, but at least we played offensive football in general. Opinion of neutral fans for this season as far I know here is that we are once again playing anti football despite all creative players we have. And that pisses me of. Cant we start playing good football for once? We invest tons of money, yet we keep playing shit. Im not talking about winning, but general play. Last season, we at least started doing some progress, but now its back to old Mou days with the stick back and score on counters. Then sit deep for rest of game...no wonder Mata is useless in that case.

Once they get 100 assists in PL, I can easy say they are creative. To make soo many assists, you need vision and that is part of creativity.

If Kagawa isnt playing, it doesnt mean he isnt good. But he isnt close to Mata from last season. The point of Bvb is that they have full eleven of players that can press. Mata as their CAM instead of Gotze or currently Mkhitaryan would improve that team. If you think he wouldnt, wow man you must be...besides we have miles to catch attractivness of Bvb style. Bvb plays superb counter attacking football, we just rely on counter attacks. Fucking Everton or Schalke did show more in games (despite win vs schalke, they got more of the game, admit it, we were deadly on counter and in defence, but midfield was all theirs). Please dont compare Bvb style to ours. If we offer them Mata, they would take him in second. You just dont see it. Spain plays defensive? Well if you think so...my thought was that Mata isnt playing here because of defensive style, but in spain, story is different. Their midfield consists of Iniesta, Xavi, Sergio and Xabi. NO ONE REPLACES THEM. Mata isnt as effective on wings, besides they have Silva, Pedro who are used to play there more. I bet Oscar wouldnt make starting 11 for Spain either. Not now. This spanish midfield is probably best in history, ask yourself again why Mata doesnt play. And just maybe we finished 6th that season cuz we keep changing coach and half team every season? No stability=no results.
