Young and needs to learn from this. The best way to learn is through mistakes. If he wont learn, thats another problem.
-
Thought he was our best player in field, top performance.
-
Im very pro-Oscar but games like this one give me serious questions should we target Pogba to play in Oscar role with Cesc getting more freedom.
-
I would keep Matic all day long and that isnt bias. Matic simply has more balls for DM and looks like a proper allround player.
-
I think in case if Mou gets Pogba to play instead of Oscar, it would be possible, but there are too many ifs in this story.

So he is better than Shaw. Everyone wanted Shaw here because of abilty and nationality. The price was only thing why certain people didnt want him here. But then you see Bertrand, english, better than Shaw so far and completely free, our youth product. Yet no one here even blinks with eye that we might keep him. Ridiculous how neighbours grass is always greener, and how little actual interest in our youth players is here. I see everyday here people talking about giving youngsters a chance, and now that we actualy have a player who is good (not youngster but academy player still) and no one would like to see him get a real chance here, yet there were people crying and raging when even less prowen Shaw went to United. Wish you the best Ryan, I was certain after that CL run that he will be one replacing Ashley in longterm. And he was never bad or average as people point out. He had maybe one off game due to lack of time, but he was good in majority, despite playing without any kind of rhytm. But Im happy he plays regular football now and showing everyone that he is quality LB.

Been wondering that for ages until they explained it on college I just started few weeks ago

You know, if you lead and then close down, you have to keep the lead to win. Simple as that. We couldnt do it twice now and I actualy wonder how many times will Mou try this. If we kept those leads, we would have 4 more points and it would be tactical masterpiece. But we didnt and Mou is on fault to go this way, but also players because they didnt hold on. To get such tactics, you need such team. We had such team in 2005. But now we have a team that can attack much better and I dont understand why Mou still relies on defensive tactics after leading. That got us last year several times and already got us twice against manchesters this year. Sure Mou can understand that, no? But I have feeling he would never try to destroy United, even if given such chance. He would keep it down because of respect or whatever...
-
This game also shows why we still look for improvement in attack. As Willian (or to matter Schurrle, Salah) are good options, they dont offer that efficiency. And Mourinho counter is all about efficiency. We could be two up at half time if Willian, Oscar played better when we dissposesed United and went 3 on 3 and Willian even 1on1. But we blew those chances without even a shot on goal. Thats why people want Reus or whoever, and I understand them. Btw, Willian wasnt bad at all, but thing is he probably wont improve and eventualy this team will be too big for him. His work rate is amazing though. I only hope we can find someone with same work rate and better intelligence/efficiency. Also I hope Hazard will become more cool in finishing. As much De Gea was amazing, Eden's shot was very poor, considering time and space he had.

Second half was brilliant, if he keeps playing like that he can play on, fucking king.
-
Iva did what he did, but I still think it was Mou fault for the defeat. United is by no meaning some world class team, that we should park the bus after leading by ONE! goal. Kudos to United, they were very good, but after we scored we should go for another. If they equalised earlier, we would still have time to score another. And instead of controling the game, Mou parks the bus, brings Zouma, Mikel on and practicaly says Ok, United you can now attack attack attack. I understand these tactics in CL or against top teams (City probably only in league), but other times, we should do the job as potential champions and current leaders would do. Im happy with more open football by Chelsea this season, but Mou has soft spot for United (already seen last season away), and should do better today. Specialy after leading, this result feels very bitter.
-
I expect we destroy those Manchester cunts (both city and united) when they come to London. Fucking defensive tactics...
-
Its Mou fault, simple as that. He made those subs and parked the bus while we should push forward and score another. Ref was shit, but the draw is our fault. We are 6points clear indeed, but games like this tell you we aint yet unstopable team everyone is talking about. First we have to change mentality and show why we are in first place and title contenders. But today we were simply shit. Too much respect for United and defensive tactics have got us draw. But we didnt lose, good thing. Also United now high with confidence, may steal points against city next week and we go clear even further Sounds like good Mourinho mindgame.
-
Hard to say that but Cesc doing his usual in big games; he is shit. Also Drogba is realy useless these days. Cant do a single thing and cant run to save his life. Schurrle or somebody on and we already become more dynamic in attack.

Combined ideal lineups are biggest bullshit you can ever put into certain article. These lineups actualy point out individual players and not teams as a unit. At the time Barca was winning everything or when Bayern was winning everything, you could throw into those two lineups certain players from other clubs who were individualy better, but it that wouldnt mean Barca or bayern would become better teams. Those teams had balance and those players fitted into those systems perfectly. Regardless of the fact that there were better individual players in other teams... A balanced side will always win against so called best combined lineup, because these lineups are usualy biased and unrealistic as fuck. Personaly, IF we had Di Maria for example, I would say our team would beat Madrid for sure, because we have more balance as a unit. But they do have more individual quality in players. And right now, it would all go down to form, tactical approach and how much calmness these two teams would have. We could destroy them on counter or they could completely overwhelm us with high pressing and put a few behind Courtois or Cech.
-
Actualy Pique was very good in first few seasons at Barca, but as soon he got together with Shakira, he become a joke of a defender.
-
I dont want anything from those Spuds...that Modric saga was enough.
-
If you watched Di Maria in real, you would see he was ther main man too, at least in last season. Him and Hazard are on par if anything. I like Hazard alot; but Di Maria is simply more efficient player. Given that, he is older and Hazard will surpass him sooner or later.
-
Because he is hungry and needs a snickers.
-
Must take advantage now after City slip and its good because we will play with less pressure.
-
Until tomorrow
-
Think Ivanovic should be, but only if he remains at RB or eventualy at CB once Terry retires. Longterm I realy dont know, but could be Zouma if he breakes into first 11.
-
If he wasnt playing for arsenal, he might be very good indeed.
-
Thank god he played against Luxemburg because that was truly important match and spain would certainly lose if he wasnt playing and aliens would then destroy the earth if Costa wasnt playing against mighty luxembourg.
-
Wont be as easy as people think...if Drogba will start, that alone already kills some of speed in our attack. Forget the current form, all that matters is how players will head into this game. It could be one of those typical defensive type of game by Mou and we win 1:0 or united takes advantage of that. Im sure it wont be 3:0 or 4:0 as some people point out...certainly not without Costa. Win is all I want, United was kinda average this season, defence is laughable but they have good attack. Dont fuck up with tactics Mou.
