Mourinho games are working at their best again. Everyone knows united and city will splash the cash, but no one knows what we will do. We might end summer with only Falcao and GK, or we might sign two world class players alongside too.
-
Willian-Oscar-Hazard Unlike some, I still believe he (Oscar) will come good.
-
And in the end they will get Imobille, Mbia etc
-
Hazard-Willian-Sterling I wish we never play that. Cant say who is more frustrating finisher to watch. All have same qualities. speed, dribbling. All three are rather small. Not a dream trio as some point out.

No. People only questioned him because we had generaly poor striker record for years. With Falcao, people doubt him because he is just shit. I dont know why people think Falcao will get to his best again. Torres would go to his best if Mou knew how to do it. Its not like now that Mou will coach Falcao, he will suddenly become good. There is offcourse slight chance; but that chance is very small. Falcao is big name, but shit player nowdays. Losing confidence, was injured, already 29. Unless we loan him for low wages, I would avoid this transfer by a mile.

Both bayern and real get simple nice nearly one-colour kits, but not us. Thanks adidas... I dont dislike our shirt but its just too much going on it. Too much stripes and colours.
-
I think we need a second scorer besides our main striker. Schurrle could be that, but in the end things on right side didnt work for him. Maybe we should try either Bale/Reus or if those two are too expensive, Griezman...the later has similar atributes like schurrle in scoring and positioning, but also better control. However he isnt very physical, but will need to be if he wants to play in PL.

Its funny and kinda sad that two transfers we made that were highly controversial, we risked alot when buying, once thought as one of best future players in Mikel and Kakuta turned into such average players...

USA and their shit...

I know italian clubs have money issues but its their fault and their corupted organisations. It was just nicer to see clubs from all major competitions who had great teams. What you say about picking Di Maria, Azpi etc..You are right, but competiton was alot stronger some time ago than it is now.

I thought Juve can climb realy high sooner or later, but lately Im realizing they have more trouble than not. Tevez, their arguably best player will leave soon, quite possibly for free. Pirlo, Barzagli, Buffon will retire soon. Again no money. Pogba will leave eventualy. He suits juve brilliantly, but fair enough they will get alot of money for him to buy two quality Cms (or someone like Verratti). Morata will be liability as he will return to Madrid if he becomes realy good. Marchisio has a year left on contract. Probably will stay, but nothing is certain atm. They have no proper full backs. No proper wingers either. Then there is Vidal, who might be attracting some attention from bigger clubs. They do have plenty players on loan like Berardi or Rugani, but still. IMO it will be very difficult to replace Pirlo because only player to do that is Verratti and he will be extremely expensive. Or they will have to change whole setup of team with classic DM, CM, #10, wingers, etc. I realy miss the days when Milan, Juve even Inter were forces in european football. It made CL ALOT more interesting. Nowdays its Barca, Real, Barca, Real, Bayern and thats it. Everyone else is outsider. 8 years ago you had Barca, juve, Real, Chelsea, Manchester, milan, bayern, hell even liverpool, arsenal. The only thing I realy get excited these days are that smaller clubs like BVB or Atletico make it quite far and make tournament bit more unpredictable. Even PL itself was alot more entertaining few years ago. You had United vs Chelsea, Cole vs Ronaldo. Now you have Willian vs Blackett....just one of hundred examples...

Some fans are fickle. When Oscar is doing well, he is our future, when he has bad games, they want him out. Same for past two seasons. He is 23 and with the style he plays, he can only get better. Just needs to bulk up a bit (or get generaly stronger) and he is good.
-
Everyone who was putting him in starting eleven after france game will remove him now I guess. The bandwagoning is over
-
Wasnt silly at all I have no answer to your question tho, maybe some american members will know better.
-
juve is paying him more than city?
-
Boba Fett is apparently a damn good bounty hunter.
-
I dont understand why liverpool or spurs dont consider him...certainly better than most Cms they have. But brendan is an idiot, thanks for that.

Maybe Mou has gift of making decent players into top ones, but I dont think we should be looking after the likes austin, valencia, costa, alderweireld etc. We should aim higher than that if we want to get closer to barca rm. One Pogba/Verratti/Griezmann etc could give us ALOT more than Costa, Austin, valencia, sissoko etc combined.
-
True they dont press as much as under Pep but their tacticy vary nowdays. When they do press they press brilliantly and Rakitic is amazing at it. Cesc in barca would fail big time if he was given same role as Rakitic, because Cesc cant press high. He is not mobile enough and not that kind of player. Thats also reason why our mdfeld gets overrun against any better side.
-
Iturbe was similary hyped last season and moved to Roma for something like 25-30m. We will see how good Dybala is once he will play for Juve. Atm wouldnt risk 30m on him tbh.
-
I would love 2013 Gundogan, but from few games I saw him this season, he is less mobile and imperious in midfield. I seriously doubt we should be getting players after injury like Gundogan, Falcao etc. Some players recover, but so far neither Gundogan or Falco managed to reach pre injury level. Falcao as 3rd choice ok, but Gundogan not so sure. I have feeling injury killed his agression/drive or how you call it. Gundogan is not bad CM, but tbh he is shadow of himself.
-
I didnt watch every game, but at least 20 in whole season. They do press high.
-
IMO its all because of Eden. One FB will be more offensive with more hardworking winger, the other more defensive with more free winger. Unfortunely for Azpi, Hazard is on our left side and Azpi is best defender we have, plus his attacking is not something we would miss. All that combined, it makes sense why Mou is doing. However Hazard would benefit alot from more offensive fullback (like Marcelo for example), but team would be hit on counters. Only question is who will eventualy replace Iva.
-
They play intensive high pressing, lot of work and running. One of major weaknesess of Cesc who isnt mobile much. In everything else, yes he would suit them like a glove.
