Well it would be unfair advantage to squads with better depth. Like psg atalanta where atalanta couldnt stand on their feet anymore in final moments. Then we might give city the title right now.
-
Thank god for that. It was ridiculous when they were bringing players on every 5 minutes. Now it will be back to more tactical substitutions.
-
The most important is mentality. Morata had good technique, but his mentality was potatoes. If Werner can cope with pressure, be creative, adapt and fight like its the last day, he will be fine. If he pussies out, he will be a flop.

Wait what are you even trying to say? Are you going at it on a personal level? On worldwide level? Racism is yes everywhere. It even touches some white people who are ridiculously white as death or reddish for that matter if you want to get there. At first you thrown list of all kind of people from black, light, brown, latin etc and compared them to white as if you tried to prove your point racism isnt in football hence alot of the expensive players are not white. Now you go personal and worldwide, saying racism is everywhere. Yes its everywhere. But I called you ignorant because you throw light, black, brown etc in same box. It should be stopped on all levels, but its certainly the worst for black people. I have traveled enough to experience it from people I met and there is literaly no comparisson, lady. I like your content, i wasnt going at you but at your comment where you thrown all in the same box. Aguero doesnt and will never get the same treatment as Mane. Its ignorant to put them in the same box. And then you played your skin color card. Also african american is alternative word for blacks, yes its outdated in 2020. Obviously latinos can be black. Now as Juan said, this could get ugly despite no one having bad intentions, so I wont comment anymore on this.

Read what I replied to Vesper, cant compare light colored person with black. Offcourse you have millionaires around. But when elite clubs come, they can easily splash cash on Laporte, Maguire, Kepa, VVD, but not Koulibaly. Koulibaly was already class 3 years ago when he was 25. This might sound stupid but on fifa, hell all these black players are crazy strong or quick. Koulibaly is fantastic long passer and good on the ball, yet ea didnt fix that in all these years. Its sad but evident that some still judge players based on skin colour. We paid 29 for Rudiger, city paid 32 for Otamendi 2 years earlier which was quite alot back then. Koulibaly was class at 25. There was benefit of the doubt in the start when people were like he is limited like Lukaku, but then he went on to become even better each season. This season he was underperforming unfortunely. You are naive if you think that way. When it comes to big big cash like 80m or position of coach there will always be questions at the top. And those people with privileges and loads of money are often dangerously racist. Not all, not as clear, but its evident the narrative is there. Even with day jobs, people judge others on their skin color. Or even tattoos for that matter. Which should have absolutely no fucking meaning but yet people base judgement on that.

Please dont be that ignorant comparing black people with latinos and light people. Its world of difference. In many parts, light color i.e. Rihanna is perfection. It has nothing do do with dark brown people, who are the ones that get most shit. My point was towards defenders and even goalkeepers. In attack, yes sure clubs love athletic, speedy players, and that african americans excell at. Like it or not, when it comes to defence, people will still have doubts when it comes to african americans, thinking they cant be composed enough, calm enough and keep their shit together. And no thats not down to personality, its down to color. It is getting better, but its still there. And in world when you have to fork out 80m on CB like Koulibaly, that will definately come to question. And ulitmately clubs will decide not to go with that move. No its not always, hell United paid loads for Pogba for example or Barca for Dembele. But sometimes its evident. Koulibaly had 4 top top seasons, arguably best CB in italy. Can tackle, good on the ball. Thats exactly what Pool did with Van Dijk. Yet not single club went to pay that for Koulibaly. Goalkeepers, defenders and coaches must be first and foremost great thinkers, calm and cool; tacticians. Fullbacks, wingers, strikers are desired to be athletic, quick. And yes the perception that african americans are naturaly less tacticaly apt or cool under pressure results in fewer black gks, cbs and coaches around. I bet my ass if Kepa was black, never ever is someone paying 70m. Period. I dont try to rile things up, its just the way how it is and everyone needs to aknowledge that so it can be gone for good.
-
Chelsea lost 7:1 to bayern after two games. Barca: hold my beer Its karma for having all the luck in the world around 2010s, now they are paying it nicely. Roma comeback, pool comeback and now this. Its beautiful. Also the fucking state of La liga top teams. They are pilling on the likes of Coutinho, Bale, James, Dembele, Griezmann and then not play them. Next season, I wont be surprised if Hazard joins them on bench. Same with Atleti and Felix. Cant fucking wait for laliga to be no longer a league for all the stars wanting to play there. PL and serie a to return to the top. Like it was in 1998-2008. The good days of football.
-
Which is something we will have big issues here aswell.
-
This could sound somewhat innapropriate, but IMO upamecano and Koulibaly are best examples that racism is still very much alive in football. Yes both are expensive, but if they were white someone would pay their clauses. It just goes to show clubs dont want to realy break the bank on black cb as they may unjustfuly deem them "unreliable". Yet the likes of Otamendi got the moves. Could be that after Mangala clubs are more content spending big money on africanamerican CB. Im 100% sure Koulibaly would be in a top club if he was white.
-
He is better than what people say here IMO, but he will regress and I dont see the point of keeping him for another 3 years. Good luck and thank you for all Willian🙂
-
Whu wants 80m for him. If thats their asking price, end pursuit and move on. He is big talent, but not worth 80m. Doesnt even have any european experience.
-
Him off would also be a clear sign we will sign a new LB. For what is now, we might be stuck with Emerson and Alonso, but if one sold, its basicaly certain someone is comming.
-
They are like Mbappes Monaco, but actualy more solid in defence. With Werner, I think Psg would have very hard job and wouldnt be big favourite at all. I still think Psg relies too much on individual quality rather team work and thats something teams like Leipzig with 11 hard working system can punish. Now without proper striker, it will be hard.
-
Good old days of checking PL table on teletext😄
-
What kind of weather do you have there in uk that Rice needs to wear a tracksuit haha Im in my swimwear and its still ridiculously hot😄
-
And Dunk would cost 50m because he is english and we have money. Rather pay 65m for Carlos, that was what I meant. If we pay serious cash, do it on proper CB. No problem if he is soon to be 28...We have plenty of youngsters, we need experience. He can easily deliver 4 seasons at top level until others like Tomori step up.
-
My bold prediction is if Lamps will give him enough playtime next season, him and Werner will form a deadly striker duo. Werner cant realy play as sole striker, but Giroud would open plenty of space for him. Id realy like to see it for couple games.
-
Tbh if we went on to buy Skriniar as Rudi replacement and a new CB that we need regardless like Carlos (just throwing a quality CB who is commanding in air), I wouldnt mind selling Rudiger to Liverpool. Its all about improving the backline and that would do it 10 times. I dont mind keeping Rudiger as he can be good CB, but he is too nervous. He will never improve that part. And that makes him a liability unfortunely.
-
Relax. It was almost impossible to announce it straight after their game. Will take a week or so.
-
Maybe. He didnt play vs leverkusen, might be a sign that he is off.
-
Yea but he was the only quality player at psg. And mbappe when he came on. Without Neymar, they couldnt even get near the penalty area. I dont like the dude attitude, but it was so clear he is the only psg player on next level. No one else stepped up. Their midfield was toss, specialy Herrera and Icardi was once again proven to be a small game player. They realy missed the trick buying him as next striker.
-
curious who the other players are haha
-
He will be our overlapping CB
-
Lille is such a well run club. Gives so much if you have a truly quality director of football. They sold Osimhen for 70m, just signed David for 27m who was linked with arsenal and others. They almost fell in ligue 2 2 years ago, but went on to become near the top of Ligue 1 in last two seasons.
-
Pretty much what superblue said and do you realy want a star player that will be injured that much? Key game comes, he gets injured etc. It would be very frustrating. Hopefuly he recovers from these injuries.
