Is the expectation for Conte to be perfect? He's already making something out of the this world with the players we have. Nobody could predict this team could have turned out to be this solid and that's down to Conte and how he works to maximize players' strengths and minimize their weaknesses. That's down to the manager, who has a great environment, deals the disgusting media with grace and class, set the players on fire, found a system that works with players such as Alonso, Matic, Moses, Pedro - that have their positives, but also many limitations.
He recovered players such as Hazard - who had the worst season of his life last year, Costa, Cahill, Luiz (even if he was out, he was the same as he was here). Gave solidness to our defense without compromising the attack. He basically made 3-4-3 a thing again, didn't invent it, but refreshed it.
Now we must nitpick on his faults. Ok, I don't like his fake hair (although better than bald, he wouldn't make baldness work), he looks really weird in some candid pictures, and worst of all, he doesn't sleep well because of football.
I have minor critics to some decisions, I just don't see the point of bringing them up when he's doing much better than expected, none of them compromise and there is no thing such as perfect people, perfect professionals.

Conte is the quickest Chelsea manager to ever reach 40 points. He's currently out-performing Mourinho's legendary 2004/05 season which is insane, considering how much more competitive the PL is and how many other teams can now fight for the title. Still a LONG way to go though. 
His current league record since he took over at Juventus stands at 130 games, 97 wins, 25 draws and 9 defeats.

Well, what can i say, the bloke can't stop scoring. Compared to Jonathon Kodjia, who we just sold for 15 million, he's on a different level. He's stupidly strong, quick, agile, and technically superb. 
His first touch is unbeliviable, along with his knack of being in the right place, which is something you can't teach. 
Potentially, he'll be aiming for 30 goals this season, which is very realistic, and would hopefully push us on to a play off spot. 

He should start rest of season now..
