  1. There are marginal gains to be made with a different manager. We need the owners to change their policy and put together a serious squad. Some of our starting players are too young and inexperienced and they want to compete in the toughest league in the world with that squad.
  2. Always remember “We are two windows into a four window strategy” It has now been six windows since they made that statement
  3. The next yes-man Just hope we don't freefall into mid table.
  4. Jacob Steinberg now reporting Maresca is out the door tomorrow
  5. Under Iraola, Bournemouth have finished 12th 9th and are now 15th. How are people seeing him a fit for a place so results driven as Chelsea?
  6. Walking straight into the Man City job in a few months it looks like
  7. Won the CWC, UECL, finished top 4, currently top 5. He's met every reasonable expectation set at the start of his tenure.
  8. I dont think this is true at all. We are weak in key areas - CB, LW, ST (JP is a second striker) + we have the youngest squad of the lot The team played well vs Newcastle, Villa and Bournemouth but came away with 2 points. We've had very few professional, no-nonsense 90 min performance this season and that's because of the squad we have assembled which was not a Maresca call. Maresca is not 90% of the problem at all. We will need a new coach but more than that, we will need to refresh the starting XI with experienced players.
  9. No one Wait till the summer and see if Emery or anyone else (Cesc?) becomes a serious option.
  10. Changes have been good. Enzo should be finishing that chance
  11. Medical team has asked for this. Game state wise we need him
  12. Normally I’d agree but in this case we have not seen a massive drop off in performance levels Nothing close to Potter, Lamps, Conte, Jose 2015 levels. The situation is quite different because of the squad assembled
  13. What is the plan if he’s sacked ? I doubt this will be the case. We looked really good vs Newcastle and for the first hour vs Villa - Not seeing alarming levels of performances dropping off the face of the earth
  14. Hard to judge his time when he’s had two separate injuries in his time here and obviously needed time before taking on a starting role at a big club
  15. Contract runs out in the summer. He has said no to their offers too. Surely nothing silly will be asked in Jan. Well worth an attempt to get him
  16. The London factor was the only pull working in favour of Chelsea. Not gonna happen but hoping the club shows serious intent in a CB now
  17. We looked a super exciting team in the summer after winning the CWC Players are now clearly recognizing we are well below the levels of challenging for the league
