  1. Will keep Bale in his pocket if Bale is on the left on Wednesday night. Top Player
  2. yeah. but expect him to start on the left channel and then drift as the game goes on. Keeps switching with Lennon as well.
  3. The font seems to have changed for me. A lot smaller now. Any way to increase the size?
  4. Azpilicueta and Ramires team up on the right side should be enough to contain Bale
  5. As the newcomer, you will be properly welcomed by a rowdy bunch of posters ranging from Belgium to Brazil.
  6. The team looked a bit jaded yesterday. Need a bit of freshness for Spurs. Cech © Azpilicueta Luiz Terry Cole Mikel Ramires Oscar Mata Hazard Ba Bench: Turnbull Ivanovic Cahill Bertrand Marin Moses Torres
  7. It will be interesting to see what sort of approach we take vs Spurs. Safety first? or Go for the throat?
  8. After the smile, he could've got up but held ankle (got kicked above it near back of knee) and rolled around
  9. Think that's the only way he can play central
  10. It was a stupid yellow card to pick up. Did you see other players arguing with the ref? I mean, yes, Webb was giving some decisions to United but it was nothing major. Nothing in Chelsea's half. This was not "tad ott", this was waaay over the top edit: @, Even FA Cup semi, he went after the ref after Bertrand's tackle. That was not over the top but still, he is not the "generally calm" person you're making him out to be. This is not an isolated incident. Luiz was the newcomer in the last 2 seasons but slowly he's working his way up the Chelsea ranks and now there have been more and more incidents involving Luiz. I love the passion but if he was calm, nobody would be hailing his passion and commitment.
  11. and did anyone else pick up a silly yellow for complaining? I rest my case on this. "In the future" seems appropriate
  12. Nope. I prefer a calm captain. Captain is the one speaking to ref? You saw Lampard speaking to the ref over the Luiz-Giggs incident. Badmouthing ref never helps as a captain. As i have said already , I'm perfectly allright if a player does that and i took particular satisfaction at Luiz laying into Webb but not as a captain. nope
  13. For all we know, Luiz maybe smiling at Sian Massey
  14. That's no argument to support his leadership. As a captain, he'll have to speak to the ref constantly. Not gonna work if he keeps blowing his lid off. However frustrating it gets
  15. I'm sorry. How can you condone laying into the referee? I mean, it's the captain's job to speak to the ref on behalf of the team and it won't do us any favours if Luiz is badmouthing the ref Passion-wise, he's a proper captaincy candidate and I'll admit, I felt a tinge of happiness seeing him go after Webb like that but I wouldn't want to see a club captain doing that
  16. Not based on today. No way. I wouldn't want to see our captain laying into the referee like he did to Webb. It's easy to say passion, commitment and other things but that was a really stupid yellow card to take. Webb may have favoured United consistently but Luiz needs to be calmed down a bit
  17. i FUCKIN LOVE LUIZ FOR STICKING THAT TO WEBB'S FACE
  18. Torres as the impact sub. Really sheds light on our depth
  19. That left side with Cole at LB and Lampard at LCM is getting hounded everytime United attack
  20. I've come to accept that Chelsea won't score today. Just keep it 0-0 please
  21. Biased Refereeing and then Biased Commentary. Commentator :"Luiz went down too easily I think" (Replay shows Giggs tugging shirt) Commentator: "There is a tug of the shirt. But that's not a freekick"
