My fantasy football summer would be- Jose to leave Madrid and comes back home. Carlo to replace Jose at Madrid. Benitez at PSG and takes Torres with him. Lets all start praying now.

I want Pep to be our manager because I can see Roman being patient with him.Even if results don't go our way in the beginning(like under Scolari and Avb) Roman will still stick with the guy. If Pep rejects us and takes the City job(Ex-Barcelona links) then we can expect the sacking of managers for another few years. I would really want Jose to return but according to me,he's destined for the United position.

Thats why I want managerial longevity.If we had Jose or Carlo still with us,I am sure the manager would have tried his best to keep one of the clubs best players.There needs to be a special bond and connection between the manager,players and fans.Benitez is least bothered because he's not a real part of the club and will be leaving soon. Rafa Benitez is just concerned about winning trophies for the sake of his own reputation and nothing else.

True but Torres will play games and we must accept that.This is his last absolute chance to succeed and Benitez will persist with him.Getting another striker would actually just affect Ba than Torres so really don't know what's going to happen. We can only pray and hope that Torres does well.Hopefully the boos will reignite some kind of incentive to do well.

This guy here is Frank's replacement.We should forget about Benat and Fellaini.

I have a feeling that both Torres and Ba are going to start tonight for us and if things don't go according to plan then Rafa is going to bring on Marin for one of them. Marin would either replace Ba at right wing or replace Torres and let Ba play as a cf.

He hasn't really said anything bad about the club.The constant praise on Rodgers may perhaps tell us that he felt that Rdm didn't really trust him for the cf role but that's just my interpretation. Anyways,I am surprised he hasn't really insulted the club directly yet.Torres always got picked over him and boy that surely would have been frustrating for him.He was patient but never got a good run of chances and so decided to leave. A successful loan spell at Bolton and almost 20 goals the next season as Chelsea player out of position wasn't enough to convince the concerned people at the club.The constant change in managers didn't help either nor did his fitness.Things just never worked out here,hope he does well and continues to prove his doubters wrong.

With the midfield we have at the moment,this guy would have scored like crazy.

Honestly feel that KDB should be considered as Lampard's replacement.Club should at least try him out before deciding to bring in more midfield reinforcements.Kevin was sent on loan because he would be low in the pecking order.No point bringing in one another midfielder just because one is leaving soon as it does not help his case at all.

Since he's already living in Manchester, better if he moves to City or United. We honestly don't need him as we have enough midfielders for the present and future.

Man I wish someone would have trolled and voted for Torres to win.Would have been hysterical and perhaps could have boosted the Spaniard's confidence also.lol

Had it been some other manager here,Ba would definitely start this one.Lets see how Torres reacts to not being the main man on the pitch.If he can prove his worth by scoring goals(whether they are from 5 yards out or 40) then it will be a good scene for the club.Important thing is for the club to win and if Torres can't help us with that then Rafa must accept it and start Ba for most of our games.

It was an entertaining game and enjoyed watching it.Hope we can continue this kind of performance throughout the season.

Seeing Ba put up a good performance on his debut shows that perhaps we don't need to buy very expensive strikers to see the goals flow.According to me,we should pull out of the Falcao/Cavani race and concentrate on players like Higuain who would cost us much less. It would be smarter to spend 45m on 3 strikers than on one.

We don't need Isco,it would be better to see Piazon get more chances than buy the Malaga youngster.We simply can not buy every popular young talent.

Recalling him back would give our center backs a breather.Luiz could be shifted back to cb and KDB could start off with a deeper role and then gradually contend for the number 10 role.

I feel that Luiz should be rested for this one. Would like to see Ramires with either Oscar or Lampard.

Excited about this game only because of Ba.Hope he does start but if he doesn't then I am certain he will get some reasonable minutes at least.Fingers crossed for a goal on debut.
